Great company excellent service delighted with my plants

Found just what needed to finish a room re-style; mixing real plants with trailing artificial eucalyptus. Looks great! Thanks for prompt delivery too.

Trailing Gunni Eucalyptus Pale Green was very realistic I’m a keen plant keeper and was reluctant to buy an artificial one! It looks great hanging down from the top of my fridge… didn’t want any accidents with spilt water from a real one. The only thing I would mention is that it did not come in a pot but that’s probably my fault not paying attention to that when purchased. However has a wall plug type fixing so was able to anchor it down in a pot of my choice used some recycled cardboard packaging pushed plant through and weighed down with some pebbles from the garden it looks great

Speedy delivery within a couple of days of a product that on some websites had a 6 week lead time. Quick same day response to a query I made through their website also. Excellent product (vista folia artificial plant wall

Placed order a week ago and still haven’t had any correspondence as to when I’m going to receive my garland.

The order arrived in good time - no piaffing.

My order never arrived, no response to numerous calls and emails. I have had to set up a dispute case with my bank to get my money back. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Really fast delivery and plant is great. Looks real & lovely quality

Pressurising for review without sending out order. Very poor.
Promised update - never happened.
I would not normally post reviews, input this company has sent twice as many emails asking for a review than any other contact.

My plant arrived in a few days I was amazed on how real like it was.
So happy I bought this ficus ...Best artifical plant that I've bought .

This is the 3rd time I buy artificial plants from this company. Extremely pleased with the product and delivery time. I did say in my previous 5* review that I will shop again and here I am! Thank you very much!

I have bought a lot of artificial plants but nothing beats Realartificial. For price and quality they are unrivalled. Incredible customer service from Phil also. I will be buying again!

Happy with the product and the customer service!

Beautiful artificial succulents, realistic & look great in their pots.

I was very pleased with this item, looks real, it is as described. Thank you.😊

Pretty good website and ordering was easy. A few more pictures of each item would help but I knew what I was after so it wasn’t a huge problem. Quality of the products is excellent on the few pieces I bought. Prompt delivery - arrived when I expected. However the parcel looked like it had been through a small war. Crushed, hanging open and generally in a bad way. Courier was Hermes… awful. If you’re sticking with Hermes then you need much more robust packaging!

speedy, effective service. Philip went out of his way to ensure we got the product we wanted,
highly recommend as the go to place for excellent artificial plants,
Ruth

My order was a difficult one to pack but it came very well protected with prompt delivery. The quality of my order at the price is amazing & I will certainly look to use Realartificial again. I am delighted! Many thanks, much appreciated!
