The item I required was on back order for a very long time through no fault of reag! I was kept up to date with estimated delivery timings and offered a refund due to the time delay. Delivery was next day, I was kept informed with tracking details. Very good customer service, thank you.

I ordered some attachments for a Glaser wheel hoe which I was unable to obtain from vendors in the USA. The order was placed on a Sunday (not a business day;) it arrived the next Wednesday. I consider this to be exceptional.

The 28mm metal ferrule is not included in the long hand plow. It should be. It isn't practical for a buyer to source a 40mm length of 28 mm dua pipe. It wouldn't add any significant cost to the item and would make a huge difference to the buyer.

One part was out of stock, we were notified after 2 weeks when the part arrived, and shipped to us at no additional shipping cost.
