I received the book I ordered as a birthday gift for my grandson, but I was very disappointed. The book turned out to be not colorful at all-very plain, printed on regular, non-glossy paper. Although it looks much brighter and more attractive in the advertisements, in reality it is not a gift-quality item. If it weren't for the photo and the child name, it would look like an ordinary cheap book from a store.
If you want to give a nice gift, it's better to look for another publisher.

This book is just wonderful. The soft illustrations are gorgeous, and my granddaughter's picture looks so sweet in it. I'm so excited to give it to her for her first birthday and to read it together, watching her recognize herself. I'll be ordering more copies for sure!

The two books I bought for my grandsons: the ABC book (for the one year old) and the Messy book (for the three year old)are terrific. Great quality (I got hardbacks), great text, and great integration of the two kids' photos and names. Much better than the other personalization books I looked at online. My only issue was that I found the timing process of when the books would be made and when I'd get them a little confusing. But I was worried they wouldn't get to me in time so that may just be me -- in fact, they arrived a bit sooner than promised.

The quality of the book is great. The delivery was sent to a wrong untraceable location at first but upon follow up they have sent the book again at no cost and responded to every email regarding the issue.

The book was made perfectly with exception of one picture that was not as was submitted.

Bought this for my two year old grandson. He loved seeing his picture and hearing his name in the story. Big smiles!!!!!

I had ordered two books. One of them was perfect. The other one, there must have been something wrong with the picture as when it was enlarged, the picture was not clear (fuzzy). The smaller pictures were fine. I would have liked to have this ordered deleted before printing, or having an email to ask for a different picture so the quality was good. I had ordered from them before and was completely satisfied. Just disappointed to have spent the money on the one book that didn’t come out clear. I would have liked the opportunity to have sent in another picture.

Read Your Story did a great job with the book I had made for grandson and the little extras of family pictures on the walls of the book are great. My 2 year grandson loved the book.

I purchased a book for each grandson. I was so pleased with the books. The quality was above and beyond what I expected. The boys love reading their personalized books.

It was very easy to choose the books, submit the pictures and add a personal message. Our grandsons loved their books! They were well made and fun! They will be something to treasure for years to come.

I ordered my grandchild a personalized book on December 14. It never arrived. What is most frustrating is they did not respond to multiple email inquiries and they do not provide a company telephone number, very frustrated and disappointed. Great concept but terrible customer service. Now I just want a refund.

I ordered 5 hard copy books. I love the sturdy material and super cute stories. The illustration and pictures are on point and age appropriate. The only thing I would like was to see more pictures of my love ones instead of the same picture over and over. Other than that, great idea and I love the books!!! Thank you
