Don't believe the promises...

Don't believe the promises about shipping, even when they state Covid 19 will extend their delivery by 3-4 or 7-8 days. It has been 26 business days and still no shipment. The tracking number shows the order is sitting, not moving - for weeks. Their customer service is non-responsive. Avoid at all costs.

Over priced compared to ANY reading glasses I have EVER Purchased and Used!!
DON'T BE SUCKER CONSUMERS!!!

Non-existent customer service

I received a pair of glasses I ordered which evidently had the wrong power. They sent me a shipping label and promised a refund in full which I have not received. I have contacted them several times with no response with some type of excuse do the covid-19 however they didn't use that excuse take my money and process the order.

I placed my order on May 27

I placed my order on May 27, 2020 - Realizing there would be a delay in the shipment of my order due to the COVID-19. I called on June 8 because I had not heard anything. I finally spoke to a young woman who told me she would upgrade my order to USPS First Class......and I would receive an email in the next two days when my order should ship. Of course I never received anything. I called again and got another young woman on the phone who apologized and put me on hold while she walked the new upgraded shipping label of UPS next day air. Great! She told me that one of the items was not available and she did follow through with crediting me for that pair. The next day I received my order and thought great finally all set. The day after I received my order again this time in full with all items order. Ok I thought well I will give them a call tomorrow because you have to wait so long for some one to actually answer. The next day that's right I got my order for the 3 time with one item short. So I called and spoke to a young man this time who apologized and told me he would email me a return label t which I have yet to receive. TODAY I RECEIVED MY ORDER AGAIN!!!!! I have not opened the box, but this is ridiculous!!!!!! Or course now I have to make another call spend time on hold till some one answers to see what is going on. I will not be ordering from them again. Don't waste your time.

Very poor service - took 16 days to get my order to the post office

I submitted an order at 10:23am on Wednesday, May 27, 2020, knowing there may be a 2-3 day delay (according to heir web site).

I received notice that the shipping label was created at 9:44am on Monday, June 8, 2020 (12 days later).

It wasn't received by the local post office until 5:32pm Thursday, June 11.

So, basically, it took 16 days to get my order to the post office.

Poorly made

I have ordered several glasses, most of which are broken. I have repeatedly contacted the company with no response. Glasses are great until they break LOL concept is great but they are poorly made. Would not recommend

Add me to the list of dissatisfied…

Add me to the list of dissatisfied customers! I have emailed, posted on their Instagram page and called. No response. HORRIBLE customer service. As I am writing, I have been on hold over 20 minutes. This is my second time ordering from this company. The first times was not a problem. Quick service and exactly what I ordered. I don't know what happened, but they have lost a customer for sure!

Worst service ever

Worst service ever. They don’t answer the phone. They shipped the wrong glasses. The website page for manage returns doesn’t work. The glasses are not well made. Made in China....

Do not order from this company. I'm trying to return the glasses, they don't work. They sent a return mailing label but nothing happens when you click on. I tried calling their "customer service"-- it can't be accessed due to "calling restrictions". This company is a scam.

Zero Stars (had to give one)

Ordered 3 pairs on the 3 for $30.00 deal on 5/16/20, my credit card company paid them on 5/18/20. Web site stated that there would be a 5-6 day delay due to Covid-19, not their normal next day shipping. Shipping label created on 5/30/20 after 14 days (9 business days due to Memorial Day holiday); as of today, 6/3/20 the USPS Tracking still shows "Pre- Shipment, Label Created, USPS waiting on package". I have a feeling that I just donated $30.00 to them; zero stars was not an option, but after reading the other reviews it should be.

Where's my refund!

If you THOUGHT that paying a little…

If you THOUGHT that paying a little extra for readers at readers.com....you are WRONG. I just got mine and the quality is horrible and they sent the WRONG COLOR. Been on hold for customer support for 1 hour and 20 minutes with NO ANSWER. Save your money and go to the Dollar Tree where I COULD HAVE GOT 13 pairs for the price I got ripped off at readers.com.The fit and quality is 10 times better.
This site is a TOTAL RIP OFF

Got what I ordered.

I ordered and was told my glasses would arrive on the 28th. When I didn't get a shipping notification within a week or so I called, e-mailed and left several messages. About 4 days later, I got 2 calls from 2 different people. My order also arrived 2 days before they said it would. I got 3 pairs of bifocal reader sunglasses for $32.00. I haven't worn them yet but I have no idea where people think they will get those kind of glasses for that kind of money, so I'm happy.

I ordered some readers some time ago

I ordered some readers some time ago. This is my second order and I'm not happy about the delay. They didn't tell me about the delay until after I completed the order. I emailed and have had zero response. The last order had a pair with a different prescription than the one I ordered. I tried to contact them and got nothing. It wasn't worth my time to argue. This is the last order if it ever gets here.

Update to my review:
I was finally able to get in contact with customer service this morning and Tiona was pleasant and helpful. I understand that COVID-19 has caused severe delays in production and delivery. She was able to help me track my order and get an update on when I can expect it. Once I receive my glasses I will come back and update the stars.
***STARS UPDATED. THEY MADE IT RIGHT

All of these poor reviews! I wish I had seen them before I placed my order. I ordered two pairs of glasses on May 19th and have not received any correspondence regarding the status of my order. The website “tracking“ comes up blank. The phones appear to be out of service! With sooo many unhappy customers I can’t imagine how much longer this company will stay in business.
