I would like to sincerely thank you for your dedication and patience in teaching my girl phonics over the past year. We have seen such a big improvement in her confidence and ability, and it truly means a lot to us.

When I enrolled my 5-year-old in this course, I honestly didn’t expect too much. Even after a year of lessons at a reputable center, my daughter showed no interest in reading and couldn’t even recognize a single sight word. I was simply hoping that Read Bravely would spark some joy in her learning, or at least allow her to have fun during lessons.

To my greatest delight, just two months in, my daughter is now able to read an entire paragraph with words like excited and cinema! She has even started asking for bedtime stories instead of screen time and chooses library visits over indoor playgrounds when given the option.

I’m deeply grateful to Miss Lindy and Miss Michelle. The methods at Read Bravely are truly effective, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this program to any parent.

We were starting to be worried with our son's reading abilities when he was around 6 years old in K2. He was hardly able to read simple words at that age even though his classmates were already reading sentences.

We thought that since his kindergarten teaches phonics, he wouldn't need extra help and will just catch up one day.

As he was going to P1, that was when we got a little anxious as the inability to read will impact his learning and we did not want him to lose the joy of learning and confidence because of that.

I stumbled upon Bravely Reading and I am so glad I did. Teacher Lindy had been teaching him the last 1 year and my son has improved so much. He is able to read most words for his P1 work, road signs, advertisements, etc... Learning spelling had became much easier in the recent months as compared to the beginning of P1 too.

I highly recommend every child who struggles with reading or would just like to build a much stronger foundation in English to try out lessons with Bravely Reading. Our experience had been great so far!

At 6 years old my daughter wasn’t blending despite knowing the sounds to the letters. After a few lessons with Teacher Kellie at Bravely, she begun trying to do so on her own! The teacher has been patient with her and despite my apprehension of the class being held over zoom, managed to grab her attention and keep her engaged. The convenience of being able to have classes at home has been wonderful. It has been easy to liaise and coordinate class timings. A great experience with Bravely!

We are incredibly grateful to Teacher V for her outstanding work with my son in his phonics class. Despite challenges of virtual learning, she has made each session engaging and fun, and my son always look forward to her classes. Her patience is remarkable, especially since my son can get a bit noisy during lessons. Yet, she handles it with kindness and ensures he stays focused. Thanks to her dedication and effort, my son has made significant progress in his reading skills and now enjoys reading English books on his own. Thank you, Teacher V and we truly appreciate every you’ve done to make learning enjoyable for my son.

My daughter started with reading ABC with Teacher Joelle. Now, she is confident in reading and writing. Despite being an online zoom class, Teacher Joelle manages to capture the attention of all the students in her class. She gives each and everyone a chance to participate in class, ensuring no one is left out. My daughter enjoys her lessons on zoom. Thank you!

Teacher Joelle has taught both of my kids starting since Covid for a few years. Even though it is an online class, my kids English reading improved a lot and they do enjoy attending the class! I would strongly recommend parents with kids that has issues reading to sign up for the class.

We are pleased with Alisya's improvement with her reading so far. She's able to recognize her letters and shows more confident in reading. Patient and encouraging teacher that motivates Alisya to try new words. Thank you to teacher Kellie!

We started with "BRAVELY" Program with skeptical feelings, (seriously). Unknowingly, my child has been with the program for almost 3 years. From a child who could not recognize more than 50 words at k2, to a confident child who reads much steadily now. I am, of course, thankful for the teachers' efforts. Thank you to Teacher Joelle who is always so patient with the class, guiding and nurturing them. Happy Teacher's Day!!

Classes are fun.. my kid has learnt alot ans progressed. Teacher Joelle makes classes enjoyable yet she's firm which is what I like. My child learns and remembers more when she's taught thru this class. I hope she will benefit and learn more even in the future.

The admin was very helpful and responsive. The classes were structured and well organised. It definitely helped that we do not have to travel just to have classes.

Teacher Joelle has been a blessing for us. My girl started off as an uninterested reader to a confident reader in less than a month. We sincerely thank Teacher Joelle's dedication and patience in teaching my girl. And despite being an online phonics class format, my active girl is able to follow through her lessons and participated actively. And for parents who find it challenging to send your kids to a physical class, Teacher Joelle is your go to!

My daughter is now a fluent and confident reader thanks to this structured programme. Teacher Joelle is able to engage and control the class even though it is conducted fully online.

Teacher Veronica was very patient with my son.

We first started with a group holiday intensive online class as a referral from my friend which was conducted daily. In that 1 week in end of K1, my son’s reading improved drastically as compared to sending him to many months of phonics programme at I Can Read which I didn’t see much progress.

Thereafter we decided to continue with the class. Nonetheless as there wasn’t someone in a similar learning phase as a son, we decided to go on a 1 to 1 online class after discussing with my son.

Despite the lack of ‘competition’ and ‘peer pressure’ in a solo class, he was still able to perform up to my expectations and the teacher was able to give him full attention.

With a whole year of 1 to 1 online class in K2, my son finally completed the whole reading programme and is now able to read sufficiently on his own, ready for primary 1.

I chose the online programme as it was logistically easier to handle, without the need to travel. Occasionally, I can also monitor his class while sitting near him and to be honest learnt some phonics reading skill that I didn’t know as an adult as well.

We started having phonics with teacher Kristin in early of the year 2022 after my girl attended a trial lesson during a school holiday. After some lessons, she improved from having difficulty reading a single word and now she can read a storybook! Kristin makes the lessons effective, engaging and fun. Thank you so much for all your help, patience and support, it really wouldn't have been possible without you.

I am very pleased and thankful for the support given to help my child with her reading. My child had problems with simple blending, Teacher Kristin is truly meticulous and patient to coach her through the syllabus of the reading program. Happy to share that my child is now a more confident and independent reader.
The admin team is also easy to work with. Highly recommended!
