I can only confirm all the other comments. I ordered a helmet, took forever and eventually it appears it got delivered to another address somewhere. They are unresponsive and totally unconcerned with making things right. Unfortunatley I’ve been scammed. I’m going to contact the State Department, BBB, Sec of Commerce, my federal congress member and others. Shane on you, preying on innocent hard working folk. Way to be part of the problem not the solutions. Karma baby.

I ordered 2 helmets $230 each and never received the product. They keep telling me 8-15 days for credit and its been 22 days already. They are scammers. On their social media page they others mentioned being ripped off. I notified Chase and Shopify.

If I could give this company -5 stars, I would.
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. I placed an order for a helmet on June 20, and more than a month later, I still had not received the helmet.
After weeks of silence and dozens of emails requesting either an update or a refund, they finally responded. Their first explanation was that my shipping address was incorrect. However, the address exactly matched the one shown in my order confirmation, so that excuse simply wasn't true.

Shortly afterwards, they sent me a DHL tracking number claiming that my helmet had been delivered. It had not. I contacted DHL directly, and they confirmed that the tracking number did not belong to my shipment, it was associated with a delivery to a company in another city.

Instead of resolving the issue, I was given misleading information and no meaningful assistance. Customer service has failed to provide a credible explanation, deliver the product, or issue a refund.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that others avoid this company. If you value your time and money, shop elsewhere.

Ordered my ruroc helmet on 7th of July 2026. Today is 4th of august and still no trace of where is my order. Some Nathan guy who is some kind of customer service dude always changes his story when i contact him. Now i asked for a full refund and i am still waiting for my answear. Avoid this dumb website cus if i dont get my momey il be down 200e and wasted time

Me pasó exactamente lo mismo que LAURA ANDRADE Realicé mi pedido en junio y me lo confirmaron el 1 de julio durante todo un mes me dieron excusas constantemente. Afirmaban que mi pedido ya había sido enviado, pero cuado ingresé mi número de seguimiento salió que estaba entregado, ignoraban mi solicitud y nunca me lo proporcionaban.

Finalmente, fingieron enviar el paquete y me dieron un número de seguimiento. Seguí el envío, solo para descubrir que había sido entregado el 24 de julio a una persona llamada Alexis R, no a mí. Me puse en contacto con FedEx y me confirmaron que el número de seguimiento proporcionado por rdy2rip.com no estaba dirigido a mí ni a mi dirección.

En otras palabras, me enviaron el número de seguimiento de otra persona haciéndome creer que era mi pedido. El envío ahora aparece como entregado, pero no he recibido mi pedido ni me han reembolsado el dinero.

Basándome en mi experiencia, desaconsejo totalmente comprar en este sitio web. Ha sido una experiencia extremadamente frustrante y engañosa.

Me acojo a las palabras de Laura me pasó exactamente lo mismo a la fecha 30 de julio del 2026 no tengo nada ni casco ni devolución

I placed my order on June 23rd, and for an entire month I was repeatedly given excuses. They kept claiming that my order had already been shipped, but every time I asked for the tracking number (at least four times), they ignored my request and never provided it.

Eventually, they pretended to send the package and finally gave me a tracking number. I followed the shipment, only to discover that it had been delivered today to someone called Nuno—not me. I contacted FedEx, and they confirmed that the tracking number provided by rdy2rip.com was not addressed to me or to my address.

In other words, they sent me someone else's tracking number while making me believe it was my order. The shipment now shows as delivered, but I have neither received my order nor been refunded.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise against buying from this website. This has been an extremely frustrating and misleading experience.

Scam website. I ordered a ruroc motorcycle helmet and recieved a childs plastic cycle helmet. They take weeks to send the nonsense items and days to respond to complaints. Had to raise a dispute with my credit card company and 5 weeks along still haven't received a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

scam. sent me a plastic toy helmet that’s nothing like the real helmet i ordered.

Just got my helmet and jacket. I'm happy and exited for the rides that will come.
Only problem delivery time took bit longer then I wanted. But worth the time.
