I am very satisfied with this store and can highly recommend it. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process – they responded quickly and professionally to every question I had. They also handled the missing bike mount promptly and resolved the issue without any problems.
The bike arrived exactly as described, perfectly packed, well protected, and prepared for use, just as they had promised. Overall, it was a great shopping experience, and I would definitely buy from this store again. Highly recommended!

Pinarello Moast Spacer
The product was shipped on time. However, according to the terms and conditions, delivery should take 3–5 days, whereas in my case it took 7 days. The prices may already have been calculated for Switzerland, and the website states that taxes are included. Nevertheless, I still had to pay an additional 25 euros in customs fees.

Dear Customer
Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that your order was shipped on time.
The slight delivery delay was also likely due to these customs clearance procedures.
Thank you for your understanding.

Great bike, great price! Bianchi Oltre Comp Shimano 105 Di2
Everything was fine with the order. I ordered on 06/01/2026, and the bike arrived on 06/11/2026, in undamaged packaging. It may be unnecessary for someone who is not familiar with assembly to ask for the installation, because the bike still needs to be assembled after arrival. But there is no problem with that because it only fits in the box this way.
Thank you to RDR Bikes for the great sale, so I got the bike at a very good price. This would have been impossible in Hungary.
I wish the RDR Bikes team many more customers!

Dear Customer
Thank you so much for your fantastic 5-star review and for choosing RDR Bikes!
We are thrilled to hear that you are happy with the price and that your new Bianchi Oltre Comp arrived quickly and safely in Hungary. Regarding the assembly, you are absolutely right: in order to safely pack and protect the bike during transit, we have to leave some final assembly steps to be completed upon arrival. We truly appreciate your understanding of this necessary process!
Thank you again for your kind words and for wishing us well. We wish you many happy miles and great adventures on your new Bianchi!
Best regards,
The RDR Bikes Team
