Payed 17$ can not open a Browser with it and instead USA RDP i got some other Language.They want me to Pay 40$ to upgrade so i can run a browser normal.I did ask for refund but they rejected and now stuck as credit on there site and not getting my refund.
Webisite,Service etc looks old and outdated.
Waste of Money.

Support don't give any response.

I pay for usa vps and they gave me a Bulgarian one.

These are scammers. We bought a machine, but it says the password is wrong. We tried everything. They haven't responded to the ticket in two days. They saw it and threw it away. Our money went to waste.

My RDP was suspended after just one week for no clear reason. The same thing happened to my friends. They make you pay for a new IP, but even after paying, the RDP never gets reactivated. Customer support is always “on vacation,” so you get no help at all.

Fast support, wide selection. I chose an OS that ran very slowly on other hosts, but there are no such problems on this site. I appreciate the performance.

Horrid service and biggest waste of 90$ spent, here's why:

1. They advertise "10 Second Delivery" yet I had to wait over 12 hours to get mine

2. Support are just very slow, you would expect more from a smaller company with lower traffic, but no, I message -> wait 12 hours -> they finally respond, I then reply within minutes, then the support agent disappears for another 4 hours. And when they finally do, the response messages were very vague, I pointed out that the IP addresses they gave me don't work, they replied "[ServerIP] is not your RDP IP" despite the fact that that is what they sent which was not functional and despite the fact that I specifically mentioned that ALL the IPs are not reachable via RDP like mentioned in the Email.

3. They say dedicated ram, this is wrong aswell. On first boot, the server showed ~98% RAM in use while idle, with applications using <4 GB. Only after a reboot did the RAM become available (For a few minutes before spiking all the way up), which strongly suggests ballooning or host-side memory management, not really dedicated RAM as advertised.

4. I ran a small CPU bench test, and guess what, it was almost 50% degraded performance than what the usual is/should be, mind you with the price I paid, I expected quality. This was the opposite and you can get better performance for perhaps $20.

I will give them this though, they are rapid when it comes to cancelling your RDP when you request and not acknowledge anything said, obviously they will not compensate/half refund, whatever. But I hope this helps others not lose money on this terrible service the way I did.

Very understanding and deliver good product vps and always active on their life chat and their service is always active 24/7 i love them so much.

It was a bit bad experience in the beginning but it was a auto delivery system fault i was bit scared that i got scammed, i waited like an hour and then i gave a bad review which was actually honest one but i didn't knew it was system fault, and then after a long wait i got my services with explanation what was cause of delays and i was impatient and said blah blah about RDP.MONSTER, i feel sorry for it i've updated by bad review to good one also the ipv4 i got assigned was having bad reputation i asked them to assign me a fresh one without any further queries they assigned me a good and clean ipv4 really Appreciated

Worst experience, First they give me wrong ip address i purchased US one but they give me UAE one then i asked them to change it to USA after asking so much they changed it to USA but then it was getting too much laggy looks like not the package i purchased and finally it stops working when I reach them out they responded MR. daniel they cannot fix it and after that no respond i send the couple of emails but no respond so i'll simply initiate the dispute with my bank
