Easy to purchase online. Picked up item that same day.

The associate I talked to was so nice and helpful. The selection is breat!

I ordered online, again, for a warehouse pick up. I received an email that it was ready for pickup. I arrived the following day as I noted when I would pick it up. I then waited over 1 hour to receive my 1 item! In the meantime there was 3 other customers who arrived, received their order prompt and then left.
2 weeks prior I picked up a large order and I spent 8 hours driving to 3 locations when it was said to all be at the warehouse! And every location argued with me about my pick up items. No one was helpful at all. Rc willey has went downhill so bad, and I will be telling everyone I know of my 2 horrible experiences.

I ordered a new appliance online, a dishwasher with the install kit plus the five year warranty. Upon completing the order online, there was no option to request the pickup of my old dishwasher appliance, nor an option to select an install for my new appliance. Hence I assumed both of these things would be completed automatically. Yet upon having the new appliance delivered to my home the delivery person wouldn't take the old appliance, they wouldn't complete the install of my new appliance. The delivery person wouldn't even bring the new appliance in to my home, they left it on the front porch! I called your Customer Service number only to have the customer service representative want to push me to a sales representative. During the call the customer service representative explained to me that I needed to request to have the old appliance taken even though there isn't an option online to do so! They then explained that I needed to request to have a third party complete the install, yet again I didn't see an option explaining that via your website. Overall this whole experience has been the worst I've ever had dealing with a major purchase of an appliance or furniture. My spouse and I over the years have purchased many items from your stores, including multiple couches, dining room tables, electronics, etc. I will never again shop with RC Willey having gone through this most recent dismal and upsetting experience!

I went to pick up my Dryer at your Warehouse and the process was very easy. Friendly and helpful associates.

The only suggestion that I would make is to have the sales people on the floor know where the pick up is for merchandise. The gentleman at the will call were great, seemed to know the ropes and were very professional

Friendly and Helpful

On line order was easy. Somehow missed that I was supposed to call before i left my house for Will-call pick up. When I arrived and called to pick up my item I was told my item may come out in five minutes or an hour or longer, that they weren't sure. Ultimately it took 20 minutes to find my order, but the lack of direction or clarity was stressful as my schedule is full and didn't have the time to sit aroundmuch longer.

Be prepared to wait when picking up an item from Will Call. Called ahead and told them that I was on my way, arrived 40 minutes later and still ended up waiting 20+ minutes. The item was fine and packed well. Nothing wrong there, just need to figure out a better system so people aren't waiting that long.

Love the Greeter at the front door. That always makes me feel welcome. Buying appliances online and picking up at the IDC was effortless. Will definitely shop that way again. The prices seemed comparable to other places, such as Home Depot, Lowes and Best Buy, but the free gift was a plus.

I have always been loyal to RCWilley but my last few experiences have caused me to rethink my loyalty to this company. My experience today pretty much has made my think that the next time I make a purchase I will use another company. I ordered a bedroom set several weeks ago and it was supposed to be delivered today by 3:45. I received a call 2 hours later that I would not be getting my delivery today after all and I would have to reschedule. ThIs is unacceptable. I scheduled this delivery weeks ago and now have to wait longer. RC Willey’s delivery department is awful. They need to be more realistic with there scheduling. They are always late unless you are early in the day and then cancelled at the last minute. Unbelievable. My last delivery was not much better. The delivery man refused to put my sectional together claiming they don’t do that on carpet. I let that one slide but now I am convinced it is time to try another company for my future purchases

We found the right refrigerator on RC Willey's site. The price was great and RC Willey paid the sales tax! I was only at the warehouse a few minutes when a cheerful employee wheeled it out and put it in my truck with a smile. It was a great experience from start to finish.

If I could offer a suggestion it would be more delivery options, especially for those of us outside the Salt Lake valley. I can wait for a dryer but when the fridge goes in July you need it fast. The first date open was over three weeks out and at a delivery cost of almost $500. So a couple of old folks spent two hot July days wrestling the old one out and the new one it. Ouch.

Great communication! My item was ready on time. Easy pick up

We had a fairly dramatic dryer failure on a Friday late afternoon. Ended up needing to pick up a new dryer and we're able to do it in a matter of just over an hour. They were super helpful getting it to fit into our van, nice and secure too.

RCWILLEY (included Becky-warranty, buyer & Angel in sales) were all excellent in helping me with replacement of my LED TV. Many thanks to the fine individuals at RCWILLEY!
