Back in June, my wife and I came in looking for a bedroom set. Our salesperson Matt Hennager, (I apologize if I spelled his name wrong), helped us out and answered our questions. We did find what we loved and was very informative and efficient. We purchased the set and arranged a delivery date. Due to some of the items not being in stock it turned out to be quite longer than expected to receive our set. Matt regularly contacted me and kept me informed as to the delays. Just recently we received our delivery. As I was unpacking the furniture, I noticed a flaw on one of the night stands and texted Matt asking about having it either fixed or replaced. He immediately answered back and reordered a replacement which will be arriving tomorrow. I just wanted to give a shout out to Matt and him always being available to answer any questions and addressed my concerns. If I could give 100 star review, I would do it. Because of this positive experience, we will return for future needs. If RC Willey has all associates like Matt, then I highly recommend shopping for your home decor needs!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THAT NEEDS TO BE INSTALLED HERE! My family and myself have shopped at RCWilley for years, but I cannot believe how downhill their installation and customer service has gone. I purchased a washer dryer and dishwasher. Every single appliance was installed incorrectly. The washer was not tightened upon installation causing water to leak and ruin 1/3 of my basement flooring. The water also got in the dryer vent which was a fire hazard & when the dishwasher was installed it wasn’t draining which was another potential water damage situation. I’ve had the WORST experience with Caleb in complaints. He is quite unresponsive & I have gotten very little info in regards to how the repair is taking place. Currently a portion of my floor is ripped ,up and I have no idea what’s happening next though I’ve asked multiple times. Even the 3rd party company handling the water damage said RC Willey is the worst offender for poor installation. BUYER BEWARE

Excellent service from the salesperson to the delivery of our new refrigerator. We couldn't make it to the store, so we were able to call in to the appliance department. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and provided lots of tips to match our needs. The delivery folks took great care in bringing in our new refrigerator and took away our old one. We love RC Willey and will continue coming back!

The way they treat the customers and the offers they provide. They match the price if it is feasible.

RC Willey is nice to have around but the process is inconvenient. I can’t order an item online, to have prepared for pick up. It’s really weird and old fashioned. I’m busy. I don’t often have time to wander around the store and go through all the weird people and lines and carry around a piece of paper for no reason to have to come back later and pick it up. Why can’t I just order something, and you say I can come pick it up in 2 hours or a day. I’m talking about for things you have IN store now. It’s a waste of time and paper the way you have it now. I’m moving and need a washer & dryer quickly due to various circumstances so I don’t have time to drop into the store and mosey around. Im glad to have RC Willey for slightly more affordable things like a washer and dryer set, but I also see your delivery fee has doubled what it used to be. $100 for a delivery is a lot.

My experience with the sales person was very positive, he was knowledgeable about the appliances I was shopping for and quickly helped me narrow down options and make the purchase.

Delivery was also quick and efficient with very minor issues.

I was lucky there were some great promotions at the time of my purchase.

I really enjoy working with the appliance appliance associate Bobby. He is highly motivated to give me the the best information, and researches everthing.

I appreciate the ease of shipping. However, most items are not in stock. When we called to confirm on the date we were told it would all be there or wasn’t. Wasted trip. On top of that, the sales rep forgot two items we told him we wanted to but and we had to buy and get delivered at a later date.

Guys where very helpful and happy to be working.

Salesmen were great - we bought some living room tables about a month ago - came back for two couches and then ordered a matching chair.
Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience from order to delivery!!!
