Amazing customer service. Every single steward without exception was fabulous.
We had booked a day at the palace and didn’t read the email so failed to book the step free access. We emailed the night before and were very pleasantly surprised to get a call on our way to the palace where a lovely lady called Bethan took all the details and sorted out the accessible entrance. When we arrived the service was amazing. We were taken to the entrance and escorted to every lift etc by very lovely stewards who were so helpful and could do enough. Best accessibility experience I have received at a tourist attraction ever. Thank you so much.

Awful , awful service. I bought two tickets, paid £64. The "Royal" website took my money but didn't complete the transaction so I received no tickets. I called Buckingham palace and talk to a young lady who couldn't possibly care less. I realised, based on what she said, that this "take the money and run" is a common occurrence in the "Royal" website. Now I will have to spend time contacting them and asking for a refund. They use a company called windcave. These sort of mistake is common and by the look of it they are doing nothing to solve the problem. She said "sometimes it bounces back to the account. if not, send us an email".

Ich habe heute 3 Tickets für den Buckingham Palast bestellt und mit Kreditkarte bezahlt. Die Tickets sollten per e-mail verschickt werden. Sie sind nicht angekommen. Schade um das Geld.

Nachtrag: Ich hatte glücklicherweise bei der Bestellung einen Screenshot mit der Buchungsnummer gemacht. Mit der Buchungsnummer konnten wir die Tickets am Eingang ausdrucken lassen. Vielen Dank an die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten britischen Mitarbeiter am Einlass. Der Besuch im Palast ist jeden Penny wert

I went to see The Royal Mews. It is the most boring exhibition I have ever seen. You get to see 5 meters of the royal stables and 5-10 royal coaches. It literally takes 5 minutes to walk through the entire exibition, but the presentation by the guide is very long and boring and takes around 45 minutes.

Long delays in order fulfillment with no email alert to keep customers informed.
Cancellations are not permitted even though RCT is failing to deliver.
