I wanted to share some feedback on this delivery experience.

Although you advise that in your delivery “guidance” there may be some residual oil and items must be checked prior to being put in the home. It is simply unacceptable for furniture to arrive in the state our table and benches did.

I had to spend three hours cleaning this table and benches - they were absolutely filthy - covered in oil and dirt. I’ve thrown away rubber gloves, cleaning cloths and clothes as a result of oil staining. This is completely unacceptable and disgraceful for furniture to be have been delivered in such a foul state. Despite also having sheets down to protect the floor the oil leaked through and has now stained our brand new oak flooring.

The entire delivery experience for this item has been really poor, from delays in delivery to rude customer service.

You have lost a customer who has recently bought many items from you. I will not be using your company again and will advise others against this.

I hope you will review your delivery procedures and actually clean furniture before it is delivered.

The delivery was prompt and on time. Deliver driver helped me set the table up in the living room.
The quality and workmanship of this product surpassed my expectations, I am certain that the table and chairs I ordered will last many years to come. I fully recommend.

Took delivery of my table yesterday . Absolutely beautiful, extremely well made natural piece of workmanship .
All emails regarding questions about my order and delivery were dealt with promptly and efficiently. I would recommend RCC furniture makers 💯. And would definitely use them again .

Great quality table and bench, exactly what I was looking for. Only thing I would say is could be more updates on delivery estimates but overall excellent product. Would recommend.

Ordered a TV unit. They were happy to make to a size we requested and also supply unfinished so we could wax it ourselves.

Delivery arrived on time, finished item looks great in our lounge. Will happily use again in future.

Brilliant service! Super quick to answer any email queries. The quality of the table and bench went above and beyond what we expected. Delivery was efficient and took into account a day that was best for us. Could not be recommend the business and the quality any more!

Absolutely thrilled with our new dining room table! We knew we wanted something personal to us and RCC certainly delivered - loved the variety of size options and wood finish! Our new table looks great in our newly built dining area! Will definitely order from RCC again once our other home renovations are complete!

Great service from end to end! I enquired about a custom piece based on a picture I had found online. I recieved speedy and great advice from the team which made the process very smooth. The quality of the product is incredible and I won't be ordering furniture like this from anywhere else.

We received our new dining table and a TV stand from RCC just before Christmas and we couldn’t be happier.

Both the table and TV stand look great and we have had loads of comments from people saying how good they look.

RCC were really quick to answer any queries I had before and after delivery, with some great advice on how to look after the furniture.

Delivery was good too, the driver was very careful and friendly.

Have recommended them to friends and will be ordering from them again in the near future

Really pleased with our table it is gorgeous, really sturdy and well made. They were also very flexible with us on delivery, rescheduling as our house move was delayed, which was much appreciated!

Ordered a table earlier in the year ,was delivered within the time quoted ,had a small query when first arrived ,was answered straight away great communication ! Absolutely love the piece quality is fantastic, don't let the wait time put you off as it's well worth it , the saying goes you only get what you pay for and this is spot on extremely happy and will definitely be ordering from them again many thanks .

**updated 16/08/23….finally had new legs for our table fitted 10 months later, it’s been a very long wait but the new legs are now filed with no sharp edges and we couldn’t be happier with our table. The table and bench are beautiful and this was never the issue. I have upped my review from one star to 4 stars because the customer service needs massive improvement.
Original review….Our experience has been awful, a friend recommended RCC and they had a great experience and after seeing other reviews I’m sure we have just been unlucky. We found RCC are a very hard company to communicate with, we reached 14 weeks not knowing if we were even going to get our table and bench. When we finally did get our table, which is very beautiful, the metal frame for it was not filed before it was coated. This has caused cuts on my sons legs as it has incredibly sharp bits all along the frames, and it’s frayed clothes from the material getting caught. We are now waiting for someone to attend nearly 2 months after complaining with pictures to look at this as they will not send someone unless they have others jobs in our area and the call out we finally had planned for today has now been cancelled. This company are a joke for customer service, whilst the furniture is beautiful, I’m left with a dangerous table and bench and now being told they will contact me in the year to arrange a new date. When you pay £1200 for a product you expect better service. I’m just hoping we can finally get this sorted.

My first order was a drop-leaf dining table, which is absolutely beautiful. I wanted a very particular colour for the legs and the guy who helped me with that was brilliant. I recently ordered a matching bench which is also stunning and the ordering process for that was faultless. Communication on both my items was exceptional - quick and thorough. Thank you SO much.
