Recently purchased Davinci Resolve Studio from them. They sent the activation key within 24 hours through email and dispatch the physical key the very next working day. 10/10 service.

Good But Packaging Wasn't Ideal
Item arrived in reasonable time but it was poorly packaged - the box was half open with the (expensive) PCI card hanging out. RCB contacted me about my previous review and I've given them an extra star for great communication. Overall, a positive experience.
