Easy to order on website. Was quick to deliver and kept me updated. The equipment purchased has solved the problem and works perfectly.
Recently purchased Davinci Resolve Studio from them. They sent the activation key within 24 hours through email and dispatch the physical key the very next working day. 10/10 service.

I got a great service from RGB logic
I got a great service from RGB logic. I telephoned them to ask a couple of questions about a product I was thinking of purchasing, and they were very helpful, friendly and clear about the product I was interested in. I bought the product a bit late in the day so I missed that day's pickup for next day delivery, and they even sent me an email to apologise. I got the product the day after. It was still a fast and solid service. All round I'm very happy and I'd definitely buy from them again.

Impressed by speed of response
My first purchase from RCB and I was impressed by the rapid delivery and the way they sent my Resolve serial numbers by email so it could be installed before the package arrived by post. Very good service.

Great service
I purchased DaVinci resolve studio. Received the physical license in 2 days and they sent a photo of the license on the same day of purchase by email so that I could use the license straight away.

Product took ages to arrive
Product took ages to arrive. I chased them up and they informed me that their had been a problem, they didn't think to inform me their customer. They said that they sent an email with a serial code on which I never received. I then asked for a download link and they never responded.
First and last time I shall use RCB.
They also refuse to accept my feedback, with no apology, which is fair enough, but they will never improve their customer service if they don't take on board the customers experience.

We delivered the software activation code you purchased by email, on the Monday morning after your Saturday purchase, as per the advisory note on our product page. We have logs of the following communications we sent to you and received from you. Some of our emails you replied to – so we know for sure at least some of our emails reached you.
30/11/24 Order placed (Saturday)
RCB Logic 2/12/24 09:45am - Advisory Email stating we were waiting on stock
RCB Logic 2/12/24 10:11am - Advisory Email stating we had now received stock and within this email we sent you your software activation code.
Customer 07/12/24 12:16am - Your enquiry to us about order not delivered and tracking number request
RCB Logic 09/12/24 09:45am - Response to your enquiry providing shipping information and we also attached our original email containing your software activation code (again).
Customer 09/12/24 10:21am – your reply thanking us and noting you had not received any correspondence from us. You asked for the software licence details (which we had emailed you in the email you were replying to!)
RCB Logic 09/12/24 10:39am – For the third time, we emailed you your software activation code.
Customer 09/12/24 12:39am – You stated you had not received our earlier emails but thanked us for resending it. You then asked for help with the download.
RCB Logic 09/12/24 12:39am – We sent you detailed download instructions.
We note we tried to call you on a number of occasions but you were not available. We did not receive any calls from you.
