Very quick delivery. A part of the furniture was damaged but was exchanged very promptly. Excellent build quality and features including very comfortable. Excellent product so very pleased

Second set I have bought from Rattan…
Second set I have bought from Rattan Park. First set excellent, Second set they have sent the wrong size cushion for one of the chairs and the back of the sofa is damaged.
Emailed and messaged on Facebook on Friday straight away and they still haven't responded to me.
No phone number either to contact them, so I am left with a damaged sofa and the incorrect cushion. Not ideal when I have spent over £1000 on this set.

Hi Hannah, thank you for your review. The emails can take up to 24 working hours to get a response. We can see that this has now been resolved for you and the correct cushion has been sent for you and the mark on the frame has been resolved.
Amazing quality furniture
5 star for the furniture - really good quality. The communication with the delivery company wasn’t great though - although they did manage to get to me in the end

I couldn't be happier with my purchase…
I couldn't be happier with my purchase of the rattan corner sofa, dining table with chairs, and 2 sunloungers. From start to finish, the service was outstanding – friendly, efficient, and helpful every step of the way. Delivery was incredibly quick, much faster than expected, and everything arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition.
