Excellent Customer service and Performance .
As a financial adviser (now retired) I had worked with both Rathbones and with Matthew Fry for many years. When Matthew said he was moving to Rathbones I was delighted to move my portfolio with him. Rathbones and Matthew provide excellent client support and their online client portal enables me to review my portfolio on a regular basis with detailed supporting information. Matthew has proven his expertise as an Investment Professional, achieving excellent performance through good stock selection and continuous management of the assets. I have received both a rising income and capital growth from my SIPP over the past two years with which I am highly delighted. I would recommend Matthew Fry and Rathbones without reservation.

Poor performance and service
In investment performance terms, wasted 6 years with below inflation returns - i.e. they lost me money. One would think that they would compensate this with service standards but this was also underwhelming and, at times, shocking. With so many wealth managers out there, I would advise you to shop elsewhere.

2019 the year we found a company we could trust
After some absolutely awful and costly experiences with a combination of financial advisors and investment managers, in 2019 we were introduced to Stuart Furzer of Rathbones. We just wish we had known Stuart and the company Rathbones earlier, their professionalism, honesty, and reliability is just excellent. We appointed Rathbones as our financial advisers a couple of years ago after beauty parading a number of firms and supported by some strong personal recommendations - our team is David Nelson and Bob Szechenyi.
