Love the brand!!! The designs really stand out, has an artistic touch to it and on top of that the customer service is amazing. No wonder the brand went global in such short span of time ❤️

Discovered Rastah a few years ago and watched them grow from a Local Lahore based brand to absolutely owning the fashion game on a global scale. A big reason that sets them apart is that they’re constantly taking risks and experimenting with new fabrics and design techniques with each drop. Always looking forward on what they will come up with next.

The last I ordered was so beautiful! Honestly, I loved it so much ❤️😍 I wore it here in the UK and people were literally stopping me to ask where it’s from they were shocked when I said it’s made in Pakistan 🥹✨ So proud Alhumdulillah! The quality, detailing were all perfect. It looked even amazing in person than in the pictures. So gifting it to my colleagues now 🥰

I have a t shirt, a hoodie, and sweatpants from rastah, i wear that t shirt literally every other week, it is so comfortable and cool that i feel like im wearing sick streetwear in karachi and in nyc. love the design and the fabric. as for the hoodie, i only wore it in chicago because its not cold enough in karachi yet, but i cant wait to wear it here during our 5 seconds of winter! the pants were a little heavier than i expected so stay tuned in case im able to wear it in the winter here or if i will pack it away to wear in the mountains or smth. sick designs all around, good mix of modern and nostalgic, love the pakistani culture and the pakistani people bringing it to life.

I love Rastah, my kids have so many pieces. They absolutely love it and wear it all the time. Love the quality and the stile. The customer service is brilliant, thats what matters the most.

Terrible customer service, I’ve been waiting a month for the delivery and still no change whatsoever, contacted them was told to expect my delivery notice in 24 hours and it’s been four days, do not order from these guys you will be sorely disappointed.

I ordered 5 items in January. I only received 1 item this week. I emailed several times no response. The brand is touted as luxury yet the product I received is fast fashion. I think it’s important to note that the founder of this brand is the grandson of Mirza Gulham Ahmad Qadiani. It’s no wonder it can’t deliver.

Exceptionally bad customer services. Seems like dealing with a brand on temu. Every day they email and say they have dispatched goods but they never did. Lie after lie. Dont buy from these people

Honestly I wish I had read these reviews before placing a large order. Much like many of the people have said, absolutely the worst customer service. My order was marked as "delivery attempted" by FedEx and then "delivered" without any actual delivery. When I reached out to Rastah they took days to respond and ultimately told me that this was my problem to deal with and I should contact FedEx.

I didn't pay FedEx. I paid Rastah and expect them to be the ones dealing with these issues.

Not sure the quality of the clothing since I never got it but if it's a reflection of their service then I wouldn't be surprised if it was terrible

I ordered the mink sweater and the size was too large, so I wanted to exchange it or get a refund but they never responded to any of my 6+ emails. Disgraceful customer service.

Rastah’s customer service is utterly appalling. I ordered on November 27th, and my order hasn’t been delivered yet. They’ve even lied to me, claiming it’s been shipped, but the tracking number doesn’t work. And to top it off, no one has bothered to reply to my messages. It’s unbelievable that a brand that charges so much provides such poor customer service.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service for a so called premium brand, If you are going to charge so much please make sure the service actually matches the price you ask your customers to pay.

You should only stick to sending PR to celebrities.
