Rapid PCO Anmeldelser

I have rented a Mercedes e class, firstly the company will put prices higher then what they have on the website, and vehicle are in very bad condition, also they will never service the car or offer help to book an appointment to service the vehicle! All they care about is taking your money! Very unhelpful and unprofessional team. Would never recommend to anyone I know. Absolutely very bad experience that will never use their very poor services ever again!

I was involved in an accident and my car was not in a condition for me to drive, Karl has instantly given me a replacement car and was very helpful. The service was a 5* service and very professional. I would recommend for anyone looking to hire car to use Rapid car hire service. I have been with Rapid for a months now and they have been amazing.

I’d like to give a massive shout out and thanks to Karl as he has made my experience with Rapid VM extremely easy and smooth. He is always going out of his way to help me, Karl is always going above and beyond and provides spectacular service!

Excellent company. Highly recommend it. Best customer service

I have rented a a car in a PCO basis. So far everyone I have spoken to has been lovely and helpful... Keep up the good work.

What I like most is their smooth and fast dealings, and all the employees I dealt with, whether by phone call or in the office, are respectful.

Friendly and professional services. Easy and straightforward information given.

I’m a current customer of Rapid, honestly the best rental company I’ve experienced since becoming a PHV Taxi Driver.

The team are very responsive, and they deal with any issues you have in a professional and understanding manner.

I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent company . Rapid has been very helpful and have helped me out in many situations more then you would find with any other rental company they go above and beyond. Always very prompt at resolving any issues or problems with the vehicles also.

Very helpful staff, found me the car I wanted at a good price, helped me onboard with Uber, nice clean car was presented, friendly and helpful staff and company, would definitely recommend

Great customer service 👏

All process seemed easy Katy helped me choose the right vehicle she sorted all the paper work all I had to do was email her documents. Lovely experience would definitely recommend and I will be using them again for my van needs

Katy is super helpful, informative and extremely professional. I spent weeks looking for a PCO rental vehicle but more importantly a company who I could rely on as this is my first rental in the private hire industry. Then I found Rapid Vehicle Management. Extremely great service, easy onboarding system and hopefully Il build a nice relationship with the company and rent further vehicles in the near future as I progress in my career!
