The Company were friendly and happy to help excellent after care team who called to check everything was ok after the boiler had been fitted ,with no waiting times they were available to fit the boiler asap working around my schedule . Brilliant and very quick service! It was freezing weather and they came the next morning! The engineer was particularly helpful and Rapid Response gave the best deal by far from all the other boiler replacement quotes I received. Thank you! Will definitely be taking up your service offer.

Great service, every person I dealt with was friendly and professional - Fran who came to install our new boiler was very efficient and knowledgeable and left the area clean and tidy. Price was very competitive too. Very happy to recommend!
