I think the website is really well structured and nicely designed. You can find everything you're looking for straight away.

The only thing that's a bit annoying is that the chatbot pops up several times. But that's probably just me—the sound just annoys me, especially when I don't need the chatbot.

I haven't expected such a nice support.

I booked a boost for a few dungeons. In like 30 minutes i got a invitation to a discord group with the support and like 20 minutes after that, i was added to the actual booster group. While they have different options on when the service will be done, i thought i would have to wait longer.

There was a mistake as they thought it's selfplay, they asked me if that is going to work for me or if i want to wait a bit, until they've the right group for that. Just a few minutes later, i was added to the new group and they instantly started. The service was done quickly, as you probably would expect for such a service.

After the service was done, the support asked me if everything went good and if i'm happy. Since a told them so, they asked me nicely if i would like a few words for a review. Since verything went good and i'm satisfied, i do it so!

10/10 can recommend.
