I’ve been buying with Ranger Up for a very long time. Most recently, my son, 7, paid for a couple of stickers as a gift for me.
There was a mixup somewhere and both stickers did not arrive. This was June 1st. We thought it would be no issue to get it handled. Minor issues were easily handled in the past.
Now, it’s July 11. We’ve called 4-5 times, no answer. Emailed 8-9 times, no response. Tried the worthless chat function on the website 8-9 times (there isn’t actually anyone there, I think), and am told by the site that they will respond by email. I even tried to message them through their Instagram account.
I was particularly surprised by the complete lack of response, but I suppose what made me angry is their continued emails soliciting my business, and their huge social media presence that continues on like they aren’t dropping the ball left and right.
I’m starting to see more and more bad reviews on social media as well.
I wish the old Ranger Up crew was still handling business. You always felt like you mattered as a customer.

I cannot get a person to speak to; no answer to chat; no reply to emails. I purchased two tops in June 2020 and I am pleased with the product except they were too small. I completed the return/exchange process as directed in the website, but never received the return/exchange address as stated would occur in the instructions. I have been calling and emailing and sending "chat" requests; but no answer. Very bad customer service or non existent customer service.

I received two shirts as a gift that were labelled as medium but when measured were a large and extra large according to the size chart. I've been trying to contact customer service for weeks to exchange for actual mediums with no replies. This is a bogus company. Can't trust them.

I ordered a shirt for my brother back in April. On May 3 I got an email that the shirt had been returned due to a wrong address. I sent the correct address to them and was told the shirt would ship out the next day. It’s now June 8 and despite having sent multiple messages explaining the situation I haven’t heard a word back and my brother still hasn’t received his gift. I was going to order shirts for my father and husband, who are also veterans, but now I’m not.

Although the design on the shirt is outstanding, the quality is unsat. It has washed off and faded after 6 or so washes in cold water and dried on low heat.

I love my shirt and get compliments on it whenever I wear it! The material is soft, of great quality and holds its shape after repeated washings - I will definitely be ordering more items from your company. Thank you!!

The goods really are good.

Everybody makes some mistakes. Ranger Up fixed the mis-labled shirt by sending the correct shirt free.

My only complaint is I didn't know about them sooner. Even during the COVID I still got my shipment in a week.

The tomcat shirt fits well and like all all ranger up clothing it is long lasting and washes well.

I ordered a pair of Thin Blue Line capri performance leggings and a T-shirt. The order was filled and delivered in less than two weeks, and both items were in good condition.

I was super excited about the leggings because the visual appeal on the website is perfection! As soon as they came out of the package, I noticed things that concerned me. The waistband is essentially a piece of elastic that has been encased in one roll of the fabric itself, then surged into place. On my body, it was scratchy and actually rubbed my waist raw as I worked out. There is no gusset in the crotch area, so as I moved, the leggings put an uncomfortable pressure on my lady bits. Finally, the fabric itself is super thick and not really breathable at all - I did appreciate that the butt did not become see-thru as I did squats (I had one of my girlfriends evaluate the situation back there).

I have washed and worn these leggings, so I am not trying to return them or anything. They look nice, but the quality and function is not even close to what I expected for paying $65+shipping. I will not be ordering again.

I AM a t-shirt junkie....been so the past few decades. They use quality t-shirts...with some the best positive saying's in the business.

All around excellence! Would buy again and would recommend to others.
