Was bought a RAM cricked bag and loved it. Unfortunately it ripped after a couple of uses. I know this isn't common as I have friends who have had similar bags for years. I contacted customer servi... Vis mer

I bought their challenger package, the kit is ok and seems durable enough, the bag is roomy with plenty of pockets. On the leg pads, I do think the straps could do with being longer, as the middle one... Vis mer

Reliable and trustworthy

Always use RAM cricket. Main reasons are that usually everything required is in stock, it the best price around and they are dispatched extremely efficiently. Just an all round great experience. Thanks guys.

Delivery 2 Days Late

Equipment seems decent enough, but delivery was 2 days later than stated.

Hi Gareth

I have looked into this and I can see your order was placed with us on Monday morning. We advertise a 1-2 working day delivery service so your items should have been delivered by the Wednesday. Due to the Parcelforce driver being involved in an accident on the Wednesday, they were not able to deliver your parcel and I I explained this after chasing it up for you.The items then arrived on the Thursday which I believe was in time for your holiday.

These are unusual circumstances and I apologise if it caused you an inconvenience.

Great Company

Products a sometimes great and sometimes not

Products a sometimes great and other times break easily e.g. I bought a catching mit that had to be sent back after a month. I bought a pair of fielding goals, had to be sent back because they arrived broken. The new set has now broken again (can’t be bothered to send back). But the fusion stumps have been great as well as the bags

Many thanks for your review. I can see you have placed a few orders with Ram Cricket over the last couple of years. Could you please make contact with me directly regarding the pop-up goals that you mentioned? My email is kate@ramcricket.co.uk. The last I can see they were ordered back in 2015 and we have since improved the product. I can also see that we sent you a replacement catching mitt when the first one that arrived was faulty.

I am sorry about these small issues but I hope you are pleased with both the products and service that you receive.

County Cricket Stumps

The product was not as I would have expected paying top price for a set of county cricket stumps, never seen stumps with trunk marking standing out in a dark colour.
I can not fault the service I have received with Kate handling the problem in a professional manner.
I await for a replacement set to be delivered tomorrow as we are in the middle of a county 2nd XI match between Kent v Gloucestershire
We did not receive good comments from the umpires one of which is on the ECB panel of professional umpires
Hopefully all well that ends well and the problem is sorted tomorrow

I placed what I thought was an order…

I placed what I thought was an order for 10 bats and somehow this turned into an order for 3 bats between the order screen and final payment. I realise I should have rechecked the order but something seems to be wrong with the site as it happened again when I went to place a further order.

Thanks for the review and I am sorry that you had some trouble with the website. I can see you ordered two sizes in the crazy cricket bats - can you please send me an email to kate@ramcricket.co.uk and let me know which product it is happening with so that I can try and fix the issue? I have just tried adding a quantity of each size to my basket on our website and the quantities have not changed. We have not had this reported by any other customers either so I would like to get it sorted.
