I had a good experience with Raiven, the bag (for a gift) I ordered looks just like in the photos and feels well-made, the quality surprised me in a good way for the price. Shipping took longer than I expected, but it wasn't anything crazy, and customer service did respond. I do wish packing felt a bit more premium, but nothing that would stop me from ordering again.

Quality is good. Company may take a while to respond to emails but that’s okay. Things generally ship quickly or on time with preorders. “e-reader” bag needs a bigger reader pocket to call itself that, and I wish it came in the bookish patterns.

Shipped me the wrong size. It's to much of a hassle to return the one they sent. I ordered the medium that is supposed to fix the Kindle Paperwhite, and I received a small bag.

Beautiful product at a fair price. I gave 4/5 stars because my tracking number for the shipping didn't work, and I never could find a way to contact someone to ask about it. Customer support should be easier to find if you need it. But I love the bag now that I've received it. It's very nice.

I had an issue of one of their bags in the past and they contacted me on instagram and helped me purchase another with a discount. I’m very pleased with the company! I also love my new bag!!

I didn't receive the croc charms, but the bag is great quality.

Ordering process was smooth and easy.. My hardest decision was figuring which design I wanted! But I love the size of this bag, and let’s be real this girls heart resides with the moon and stars! 🌙✨

this doesn’t fit my kindle paperwhite in the main compartment.

Im really sad I was super excited for this everything I wanted, until I found out it was just a hair too small for my kindle and it doesnt fit and now it foesnt serve the purpose it was meant to as much and im sad

I love the bag. It’s is very cute and fits everything I need perfectly. I’m only giving a 4 star because it did not come with croc charms as described.
