Just banned my account for no reason. If you claim promo codes, free battles, tips, they just ban you, if you are down on the site, they just ban you, you literally have to wage everything, tips, promos, even LB payout money. I don't think they even have a real support team which are not bots. They first give you reward ban, and then they will give you permanent if you get a good win to cashout, and by the way good wins are on this site anyway unless you are a streamer.

Scam site, fake rewards and random restrictions. Fake odds and fairness, rewards are always useless and worth nothing and they will randomly ban you or restrict you just for using the rewards or promos wtf
Not to mention they use ai for live support who dont help and slack tf off

Worst gambling site, the prices they put on the withdraw skins are ridicilous, for example you put $20 than you win and you have $50 go to withdraw and for $50 you can get gun that real price on the steam market or third party market is $28 or around that much.. Never going back again

Absolute joke of the website, u get 0 rewards ranking up to diamond for vip and then u get the vip and u still get 0 rewards, they drop frees 2 days in a week if u get lucky and all them frees have massive reqs and the frees are small. Dont waste your money on these guys

First off all you dont need kyc to deposit but to withdraw you need it. And when i won 150 dollars the asked for kyc but then when i was going to do it they kicked me out of my account and i cant log in. And the when i asked support they sent a fake screenshot of me saying i wnat to bann my account for ever when i never said that. why would somebody want permanent delete they account when you won big and have money in there. And then the support said it is impossible to take back the account. And then the support ignors me. Worst supoort ever and biggest scam site ever. Somebody needs to take this shit site to court. And the support guy called markus is a idiot and the site. do not play on this it is the biggest scam ever.

Tried to withdraw my 130 coins and they banned my account and locked me out from support.

The support team on this website are very unprofessional. I asked a question because i was confused on why when redeeming 387 coins only warranted my 258 in crypto and the support person asks "Are your trolling me" lmaooo. Then proceeds to argue with me about how fair i shouldn't complain because I get a deposit bonus. This was my first time playing here btw, but way to treat your players.

This is a 100% scam site. I deposited $10 and won $410. When I tried to cash out, they asked for my KYC (Know Your Customer) information. I provided it, and they immediately banned my account. When I asked what happened, they said I violated their Terms of Service! and ban me in chat support !

Deposited XRP and used the wrong destination tag (My own fault I know)

Contact live support with all the relevant information and proof of deposit, that it went into their wallet, etc.

Claimed funds were lost and refused to help, then banned me from live chat.

scam/10 would never touch again.
