Great user experience throughout the site. I work in web design and development so I know how a good website looks and works. The entry lists for current and past draws is very credible and boosts transparency. The guy who posted a 1 star review mentioning the name ‘harry p’ sounds like a disgruntled sore loser. I enter for a few tickets but I don’t have facebook, although I do access the Facebook page to watch the live draw without logging in, and I have won many prizes on a lot of different comp websites. I won a £10 Amazon voucher on a wheel spin after purchasing a ticket, Rafflestars quickly emailed me the voucher.

Two suggestions;

1. Speed up showing the winning number for instant draws, as I can see for the past few days it says ‘awaiting draw results’ on the entry list page.

2. Save our card number, every time I need to make a payment, the payment form asks for my card details, sometimes I know it off by heart but it’s just a hassle to get my card out or open the app. I’m sure your conversion rates would be tripled if you saved card numbers instead of showing a blank payment form.

Overall, it’s been a pleasant experience using the website, great prizes, max tickets limit is sensible and the spinning wheel is fun.

Great site that is easy to navigate. They have a great range of prices at very competitive prices. They also have a lower amount of enteritis given you a greater chance of winning. Well done to all concerned

Won a £100 amazon voucher of the free to play competition, emailed to tell me won as missed the draw. Good odds and easy to play

They add fake names into the entry list!! They done it in a smart way so it doesn’t look suspicious, they lowered the ticket price In the last hour before the draw (which is also sad in itself as I paid full price for my tickets) while others paid nearly half the amount but anyway the tickets were at 79 for most of the day and then 4 hours before the draw it went up to 84 which is believable and then the last hour was hilarious to watch as the tickets went from 84 all the way up to 420, yes they lowered the ticket price but unless loads of people were lingering on the website how exactly would anyone know the ticket price had dropped as they don’t have much of a following and they never advertised it anywhere but on the website itself lol, harry p has won 5 times in the last 2 draws and he is never In the Facebook live chat, why is that you might ask? Because he’s not real, they have put fake names into the entry list and harry p is one of them among others that I have noticed, not only did I pay extra for my tickets, I was robbed of my wheel spins as it didn’t work properly it kept freezing and using my spins, they sorted this the first time but then ignored me the second time, I have been scammed and I’m writing this review so you won’t, they also use random.org which is suspicious as I know you can put a script in with a hidden browser extension to rig the numbers that come out but I’m guessing they don’t even need this as the odds work In there favour from maxing out tickets in fake names, I just looked back through the reviews on here and seen a review from a guy called “the comper” I wish I had seen that before joining this site as he sums it up perfectly and is clearly experienced with these type of sites, I would like a full refund but guessing I won’t receive one, I’ll be sticking with jammy and raffledup as I know they are legit, they also use Google generator.

EDIT - I noticed they had sent an email showing the discount ted tickets an hour before (was in my junk mail) so my mistake on that but that still doesn’t explain how weird it is for so many tickets to be bought even with the discount as they were still 2 pound per ticket, there’s no way a small site like this sells that many within an hour, not even jammy does that and they have loads of followers, I wouldn’t recommend this website to anyone, very shady.. stick with the well known ones as you know they are legit

EDIT 3 weeks later - they never got back to any of my emails, completely ignored me lol

FINAL EDIT - 1 month later still no response from them, thought I would give one last update, only you can make your mind up but I really do recommend avoiding them as they ignore you and are clearly adding fake names into the entry list.

Won £250 on their spin the wheel and won £50 in their super 700 raffle! Would highly recommend them! The only thing that is a bit disappointing is that the £1000 is gone from the spin the wheel.

Well what can I say played twice this week with raffle stars and won two prizes a his end hers boss watches and a cash prize.... these guys are genuine and would highly recommend them- good service and fantastic prizes with quick delivery and contact low odds and low ticket prices- will definitely play again... thank you..

I’ve won a Nintendo Switch Console and a Jubilee bundle so far. The website is very user friendly and the team are always looking at ways to improve the customer experience. Mark is very efficient whether hosting live or processing the prizes. Here’s to more wins!

I won the gaming console competition on Tuesday night (DanG) PS5 delivered this morning slight delay due to bank holidays but nothing to do with Rafflestars. Mark throughout has been in contact, only great things to say. Will definitely enter again.

Couldn't sing higher praises of Rafflestars. I have won twice with them now - once a £500 prize (on Xmas Eve!) and the other a TAG Heuer Formula 1 Watch. Both times the prizes were delivered to me promptly - the watch being hand delivered by Mark, the host of the raffle draws (lovely fella). There is a wide variety of prizes and the draws are always brilliant value for money.

I've never played another raffle site before Rafflestars and my excellent experience with them means I feel no need to in the future, either. Cheers!

I won recently and only after a few tries , I know that is no guarantee but with low odd competitions you wil stand a great chance of winning - importantly I was notified straight away and as it was a cash prize it was received within an hour of notification.

Excellent company, won 3 prizes and they were all delivered within 3 days. Phone call straight after the live draw to inform me I had won.

Good Communication, entered on a few raffles and won on the spin reward. They replied quickly and transferred the funds asap. Would recommend to others trying their luck.
