Ditched my old Gap polos for rafello's navy one breathability is night and day on the golf course, holds shape crisp after sweating through 18 holes and looks polished enough for drinks after without screaming "trying too hard." Total upgrade.

Olive chinos in 32W/32L (my standard US Levi's size). Felt great sitting at my desk no binding walking meetings and easy in/out of the car for errands. Only tweak? Maybe a hair slimmer thigh but thats nitpicking they move like a dream.

Took the gray crewneck knit on a travel day from NYC to chicago. Warm enough for the airport chill but not bulky under my jacket. Loved how the collar stayed flat without curling up after hours of wear, soft merino feel without itch. Real-life winner.

This place is a poorly structured scam, posing as an Italian high-fashion retailer, when they are actually a cynical Chinese based operator. They tried to charge me $99+ for two pairs of corduroys that were little more than children’s novelty pajamas, with no fly, belt loops any other typical pant features. There were no tags indicating where they had been made or what they were made of, in spite of the claim on the website that they were made in Italy. And, it took nearly a month to deliver the garbage, all the while they scrambled to explain why it took so long to ship from their prison labor factories. A criminal enterprise — at best.

RESPONSE TO THEIR REPLY: Your site clearly says MADE IN ITALY. I have the screen shot. So, on top of selling garbage, literally trash, you are liars. Don’t contact me again.

The items you receive will only vaguely resemble the items you viewed on their website. The descriptions are inaccurate, and the material content can state “stretch cotton” while delivering 100% Polyester. Everything feels low quality…like a cheap knockoff of a cheap knockoff of a low-end department store clearance item. And even though they promise the ability to return items within 30 days, they neglect to tell you that you’ll have to ship them back to the original factory in China, thereby nullifying any refund you might think you’d get. If you look up “bait and switch” in the dictionary, you’ll see their logo. I wish I had visited Trustpilot before I made my purchases.

MY RESPONSE TO THEIR REPLY: Nope; you had two weeks of back-and-forth emails to “provide a proper solution”, and you chose not to. Your company is disgusting.

My order had two items. The first arrived today, some six weeks after I ordered it; the online tracking has given no indication as to the whereabouts of the second item. The item that has been delievered is NOTHING like what was described on the Raffello website. It is 95% polyester, made in China, and cheap construction when what was promised was a cotton shirt made in Italy. I would NEVER order from Raffello and Co again and urge others to complain. I've gone to my credit card bank to report fraud and ask for a full refund.

I submitted a complaint through your website before posting on TrustPilot. The issue is that Raffello sent me a shirt that is not at all as described on your website. The shirt on the website is described as cotton and made in Italy; the shirt delivered to me is polyester (no cotton at all!) and made in China. I’m happy to post a screenshot of your website where the shirt is described as I note above and pics of the actual labels in the shirt noting 95% polyester made in China. I leave to others to determine whether such marketing is ‘intentionally misleading.’

The order was “lost in transit”. Said they would “expedite” a replacement. It’s been two weeks since then. No new order.

The pullover came earlier than expected, and the updates on shipping were clear. When i opened the package, the pullover felt soft and well made. I wore it during a chilly evening and it kept me warm without being too thick. The sizing was reliable, i didnt have to adjust anything.

I wasn’t sure at first but the zipper sweater i got changed my mind. It feels solid, the zipper is strong, and it looks stylish. I wore it during a long day out and it stayed comfortable the whole time. The sizing was perfect, i didnt feel squeezed or lost in it. It’s a sweater i can see myself wearing for years.

The cozy sweater i bought is thick but not heavy which makes it perfect for long days. I wore it while traveling and it stayed comfortable even after hours. The sizing was reliable, i ordered my usual size and it fit nicely. The sweater doesnt cling to the skin. Its a piece I’ll keep wearing often.

This is a total scam. They took my order and it’s been over a month. Now they claimed it as delivered but not the case. Buyer beware.

Bought a pair of men corduroy pants. When they arrived they were like hospital pants made of corduroy. Terrible quality not the same pant in the photos.emailed back and forth before finally they gave me the info for how to return them. Address in China costs $35 to have the usps send them. The pants cost $45. They offered a refund of 15 percent so about $7.50 as alternative. DO NOT BUY FROM THiS SCAM COMPANY!!!!!

Clicked on a Facebook ad and purchased two (2) "sweaters" before reading any reviews. My mistake. Do not buy from this company. They are not sweaters at all, The fabric is some form of cheap denim, the fit is horrible and they look nothing like the product images which initially caught my attention. I was about to return the items when I rwad about the hassle others have trying to return items. You have to email them first to obtain approval to return the items and pay for return shipping to China. What kind of process is that? I knew something was up when I had to search for a Return option. No reputable company makes you jump through hoops to return items nowadays. I'll just eat the loss and use this as a learning experience. Stay away!

The product was clear poor quality. Their return policy requires an initial email to ask for a return. Then you wait for a response telling you to to take photos and send them another email detailing what was wrong etc. Essentially they don't want their crappy clothes back. Gave my Rafello pants to a homeless lady.

The items in question are two sweaters. They were advertised as quality products made in Europe—or at the very least, the marketing clearly gives that impression. The company is now claiming that while the materials may be sourced from Europe, the garments themselves are not necessarily manufactured there.

The material the sweaters are made out of cheap and flimsy material. Both have plastic zippers that I’m afraid it would break at any time.

None of the clothing includes the labeling required by the Federal Trade Commission. The items do not disclose where they were manufactured, nor do they properly identify the fabric content, as required under U.S. law.

I have an extensive email chain documenting my efforts to resolve this matter and obtain a full refund. The company has stated that in order to receive even a 30% refund, I must ship the items back to China at my own expense. The cost of international return shipping would be approximately equal to the original purchase price of the sweaters.

At this point, we appear to be at an impasse. The company has provided a return address, and I am willing to return the items if they provide a prepaid shipping label and issue a full refund.

I ordered 1 item and they Charged me and Sent me 2 of the exact same size and color! I received confirmation of ordering 1. Then the next day got confirmation for two. The quality is Poor, and sizing is waaaay off. If I want to return I pay 15.00 for shipping ( it goes to China!) and no guarantees it will be excepted and refund will be discounted!! I’ve sent several emails to them and it’s been a merry go round. Don’t order from this company, you may get ripped off like I did.

This company is a complete scan! I ordered two shirts and they came in and looked nothing like the pictures. The quality of the material is junk and the pockets are even crooked. And nobody from customer service will get back to you for a return. Stay away!

I saw the ad on IG and purchased 1 jacket, a sweater, a two quarter zips. The two quarter zips are acceptable. The jacket is nothing like the photo and the material is very flimsy, lacking form and cheap looking. The sweater has a decent material but is completely devoid of form. Overall the tailoring and material choice for this clothing is poor. I asked to return it, and the return address is in China and is almost the cost of half my entire order (product was shipped from California). They very much try to dissuade any returns you request. They offered me instead a 30% credit on my order. I don't want the credit, yet they jammed me on shipping back to China. I would never order from this company again. This may be the worst clothing items I have ever received.
