You did not send the items I paid for and ordered and after months of delays they finally arrived and they didn’t work. It took a bit of ingenuity to make them function

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. I’ve personally reviewed your order and would like to clarify a few points.
The items you ordered were bespoke headsets imported from Sweden, which typically have a 3–4 week lead time. When the supplier mistakenly sent the wrong part, we contacted you immediately and offered either a refund or to reorder the correct items. You confirmed by email which items you wished to reorder, and the correct parts arrived within the updated—though understandably extended—timeframe. To help minimise further delay, we provided express courier shipping at no additional cost.
When you later mentioned a possible fault, our service team reached out promptly, and you emailed us confirming that the issue had been resolved. We always stand behind our products, and if anything had been faulty, we would have replaced or refunded it right away.
