I could not be happier with my whole experience with Radiance Doors. My installation was very bespoke being a very old house and other companies had not wanted to tackle the job. From the initial call, the survey and installation everyone was incredibly professional and honest about options and also really relatable and responsive. I got exactly what I wanted with the dedication and experience of Richard, Clare, Tom and Matt. They all took such care it was as if they were working on their own home. I would highly recommend them and will definatly use them in the future for any other doors or windows! I cannot thank them enough!

I can highly recommend Radiance doors and windows ,top class service from start to finish. I've now got fabulous windows and a front door I'm made up with them. Nothing was too much trouble for them especially matt and Tom that did the fitting. Brilliant company with genuinely lovely people and quality windows and doors.

When Richard did the initial consultation we were pleasantly surprised about the depth of knowledge he demonstrated. Through gentle conversation he was able to design a solution that fitted our security goals and general aesthetic requirements.

Tom and Matt (the lads that did the installation) were absolutely fantastic. Friendly and respectful with great attention to detail and extremely tidy. They took their shoes off when walking on carpet and hoovered up after themselves.

Although not the cheapest, the high quality finish and quality of materials used to make the windows and doors are worth every penny.

A totally first class service from this lovely family firm. We had two new composite doors- front and back. Everything is well managed from initial consultation to the final fitting. The fitters were polite and very neat and tidy.

My existing door presented a few challenges because of the age, construction and style of the property. But Richard and Claire communicated very well throughout the processes to ensure all issues were addressed and resolved. I am delighted with my new composite door and the 2 fitters were industrious and tidy throughout.

What an amazing company. Claire and Richard make a great team and were so helpful throughout the whole process. They never pressurised us and I have to thank Claire for liaising with our builder when she realised I wasn't around so much due to my father's illness. She arranged the measuring, fitting and making sure all was to our satisfaction so we didnt have to worry about a thing. Very pleased with our new composite door and delighted to recommend this family company.

Ordered a composite front door through Radiance. Really good communication, trustworthy (they told us we’d paid too much and asked to refund us - we would have been none the wiser), quality fitting. All lovely staff - highly recommend.

Fitting double-glazed units to tri-fold doors. Everyone involved was courteous and a pleasure to work with. The quote for the work was the best we got. The work was done quickly and the doors now work better than they have for years. Excellent experience overall. If only dealing with all tradespeople were like this.

Honestly, I couldn't be happier with my new backdoor! I was dreading the whole process, but Radiance made it so easy. Their price was spot-on, which was a huge relief. Claire at Radiance doors was an absolute pleasure to work with. Clare talked to me at length on several ocasions about each aspect of the door design and took a huge amount of care in matching the door to my specific preferences. Claire was also thoughtful in organising practical arrangements for installation, and went out of her way to enquire about door frame width for wheelchair access. On top of the excellent service received during each step of the ordering process, the door itself was promptly sourced and expertly installed. It's also absolutely beautiful, I couldn't be happier with it. Would highly recommend Radiance Doors!

A fantastic experience from start to finish, we really can’t fault this company. We now have 2 expertly fitted beautiful new doors. Claire, Richard and the rest of the team were so generous with their time and advice, nothing felt rushed or too much trouble.
