I visited the clinic for my third laser hair removal treatment this evening. It was clean and welcoming as usual. My therapist was very professional. The treatment itself is quite quick as I only have it on a small area. It is also truly pain free. I have no complaints at all about this clinic and I like the fact they send me an email questionnaire on the morning of my treatment which asks questions to ensure the treatment will be safe for me and they also send my appointment by email which I can add straight to my calendar on my phone which notifies me on the day so I don’t forget. They also send a text a couple of days before. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

It’s my 2nd visit to Rachel. I’ve had sone skin tags removed and although not a nice thing Rachel is very professional and explains everything.
It’s such a beautiful shop and super ultra clean. I would highly recommend anyone

I love my visits to this beauty clinic, always therapeutic. Rachel and her team are amazing, so forward thinking and ahead of the game in terms of new treatments and procedures. Not to mention the consistently high standards of customer service which is of equal importance. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and always happy to give advice, encouragement and reassurance if needed. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Love my hair !
Have had several visits now to the salon and Emily has worked wonders with my hair. Previous hair salons although requesting balayage left my hair feeling as though it was in blocks of colour rather than naturally highlighted.
Emily has now corrected and it is very easy to maintain.
I would highly recommend Emily and the salon

Visited yesterday, and had my nails manicured then had shellac French nails by Kemi. She did an amazing job they look fab! Very professional, and friendly with fantastic customer service. Loved having a coffee during my treatment too nice touch! Kemi is a great asset to the beauty salon. I found all Staff to be friendly, and kind. Back again two weeks. Thank you so much to Kemi.
