Rachel Entwistle Anmeldelser

Back in 2019 (incorrect order date below so I could leave the review) I bought a ring here. I was caught up in some life stuff so I could not review back then. I love the ring so much every day so I was motivated to leave a review by my appreciation. I fell in love with a style but it was only made in large. I contacted the shop and asked if they could make it smaller. They were so accommodating and when I got my ring I was in love. Truly a one of a kind quality piece. Amazing artistry

Bought a wristband gold plated september 2025.
In may 2026 there is not much left of the gold plating. Mailed Rachel, but they say they wont repair for free or change the product. Bad quality and bad customer service:(

The vermeil ring I ordered lasted A few months before the gold came off to reveal a silver colour, despite only wearing the ring at weekends and for a limited time each wear. This is not my experience with other brands.
I paid a lot for the ring and it was a waste of money for a very poor quality vermeil ring.

Always check the actual measurements. Model images are very deceptive.

Since discovering Rachel’s gorgeous jewellery several years ago, I have built up a forever collection that is dearly cherished & will be passed down my family.

Rachel’s jewellery is beautifully designed & made with quality craftsmanship. Each item I have is a piece of light & magic that holds personal meaning. They are the most special talismans & they bring me peace, love & power when I wear them.

Over the years I’ve built a relationship with Rachel as she cares about her customers & the customer service is excellent. My son has now started his collection & I’ve introduced family & friends to Rachel’s gorgeous work. I look forward to building my heirloom collection with Rachel & highly recommend for those looking for jewellery that is made with love & intention, to last a lifetime.

Fantastic service from a super friendly team. I was unsure of ring sizing and they were happy for me to order and return a couple of different ones to try. My ring is beautiful and unusual. I will definitely be buying from this company again, they are great!

Good company and high quality jewellery
Order came quickly and was beautifully packed
Only thing was you can include a note to the receiver and I did but they didn't put it in, but this might just have been a misunderstanding.

Worst company in the world don’t ever use them
