Alex Kempf (and his Assistant, Morgan Opp) were always quick to respond to my emails and questions. They were very professional, yet exhibited a personal touch. They guided me through the process, and I always knew what to expect. I am very appreciative of the service I received from them!

Bravo for your company!
From the very start of this process, your company has been exemplary! I knew that with my previous health issues it may be difficult to secure life insurance but that did not deter you from pressing in the get it for me. I am impressed not only with the thoroughness of your company but the fact that even though I was initially denied coverage, it did not stop Alex Kempf and his assistant James Santiago or Renee Soltis from pressing in the find Gerber and getting it! Thank you very much and Bravo!!

The two agents that I dealt with, Lee and Tayes, were very prompt to update me on the the life insurance application process. I had a lot of trust in their abilities to act as the mediators with Life insurance company and they were very professional and courteous.

This is great to go paperless, and to save on phone conversations, it's just sometimes hard to keep track of the multiple emails and texts on my phone, but they are great at letting you know next steps to complete the process.

We work hard to find the best insurance carrier for our clients and advocate on their behalf, but the underwriting of policies is in the hands of the insurance carrier and sometimes the process takes longer than expected. Although this part is out of our control, we should have communicated that the length of time was normal and should have confirmed we had all necessary forms before reaching back out.
