We recently returned from the most incredible trip to Phuket, Thailand, and we couldn't be more grateful to Quintrip for making it all possible! From the initial planning stages to the final goodbye, the Quintrip team exceeded our expectations in every way.
The itinerary they crafted for us was absolute perfection. We spent our days lounging on the stunning beaches of Patong, exploring the vibrant night markets, and indulging in delicious local cuisine. And when we needed some relaxation time, we retreated to the luxurious all-inclusive Barceló Coconut Island resort, which was truly a slice of heaven.
The Barceló Coconut Island resort was everything we dreamed of and more. The luxurious villas, pristine beaches, and crystal-clear waters created the perfect setting for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. And with the all-inclusive package, we didn't have to worry about a thing - every meal, drink, and activity was taken care of.

Just come back from an incredible 9-night trip to Phuket, all thanks to Quintrip! Everything was smooth and well-organised from start to finish. The hotel was fantastic, the excursions were spot-on, and we barely had to think about a thing-Quintrip had it all covered. Honestly, their service was impeccable, and they really made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend Quintrip if you’re looking to travel without a single worry. Seychelles Trip Review - not so great
We booked a trip to Seychelles for September in February and asked requisite questions in preparation for the trip. We were not warned about applying for a travel authorisation from the Seychelles Government and were required to make an unplanned payment of 72.77 euros when we could have made provision for that in the months leading up to the trip. Instead we had to be 72.77 euros short and we were travelling from South Africa; having to ask for anything we should look out for or take with for preparation should not have been something we needed to ask but we did and were assured only about the fact that we did not need a Visa. We even had to ask about the deposit at the hotel and how much same would be.
I would not say that it is the company itself however our travel agent made it extremely hard for us to prepare and actually put an itinerary together when she could have assisted with same.
The holiday itself was great.

We wanted a holiday booked at fairly short notice. Reneke was very helpful and patient and gave us the choice of a few options and quotes so we could choose the most appealing trip for us. All vouchers and forms were done efficiently and correctly and the trip went very well with no hitches. We had a fabulous time ! Would not hesitate to use Reneke and Quintrip again for our next adventure.

I booked a trip to Mauritius through Quintrip. Reneke was very helpful from the start, she gave us 3 options within our budget. We booked one of the three. What an amazing experience
What an amazing experience on our Zanzibar trip! Nolene was amazing. Everything was well planned and communicated timeously. Nolene made sure to book us drivers and accommodation of high quality. I am very happy with quintrip, they've definitely gained me as a long-term client!

Travelling experience was good
The experience with quintrip was good. The only problem was the miscommunication about the full board or half board . Our Emil said full board when we arrived at the hotel they argued it was half board.
The flight experience- it was not what we expected. We flew with an aircraft we normally use for domestic flights
We understand that although it cannot be fully attributed to quintrip. Our hotel room had a lot of problems, the shower head wasn’t working. For the duration of our stay we used a hand shower which was very inconvenienced because it splashed water all over , also we didn’t have a bathtub in our room . It was a mess

Regarding the flight experience, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the aircraft used for your journey. While the choice of aircraft is managed by the airline, we understand your frustration and will communicate this feedback to our partners.

we spent five nights at Azura Benguerra…
we spent five nights at Azura Benguerra Island in Mozambique and it was incredible! The service was excellent, every need was taken care of by the amazing Azura team. The facilities are top-notch and the food is simply fantastic. It's a great place for families; the staff were awesome with the kids and really made sure we all felt comfortable. Loved every minute of our trip and can't recommend it enough!
As for Quin Trip: everything was perfectly organized down to the last detail, thanks to Frederick. They're total pros. Definitely recommend them.

Additionally, we believe the quoted price, though higher, reflected the exceptional quality and level of services provided, ensuring that the value received was well worth the investment.
We also apologize for the delay in responding to your inquiry due to an IT oversight that prevented your message from reaching one of our consultants. We have taken this issue seriously and are working with our IT department to implement measures to ensure this does not happen again.
