Quingo Scooters Anmeldelser

Being able to get out and about would be lost without it now amazing value for money would definitely recommend a quingo scooter x

A really smooth process from seeing the TV advert, showing interest, the delivery and using the scooter on a daily basis.
The product is extremely good and does what it says in the catalogue.
It's slightly more expensive than most of it's competitors but it's well worth the additional cost.
I would comfortably recommend the product to anyone looking to buy from Quingo

Great and very courteous sales person. Also good instruction and demo off all the scooters

At every point Quingo were exceptional. All the staff were so helpful. The engineer that delivered my Quingo gave me all the time I needed to get used to riding it. When he left I felt confident to continue independent life with my Quingo.

my quingo has given me my life back

I have renewed my scooter hire agreement for another 2 years. The team were polite, professional and all very helpful. It made the process easy for me. I am looking forward to getting my new scooter next week as I very much rely on it to get out and about.

My first mobility scooter. She is just what I needed to give me a little more outside mobility. I call her Bella and I have just bought a new house for her in the form of a summer house with an easy access. she is registered by DVLA and has a number plate.

Everything was explained to me, then I got to do a test drive. I liked the way it was easy to operate, plus the addition of a seat belt and rear view camera which I find very helpful. I am gradually getting used to it. Very pleased.

The company has kept in touch and reassuring everything is OK

Love my scooter feels more safe than my other scooter and more comfortable

I was very impressed by the professionalism of the Quingo staff both on the phone and in person..the scooter has proved to be everything I had hoped for

The salesman was well informed and was very thorough. I test drove the scooter with him walking alongside. He explained all the features and answered all my questions satisfactorily.

I can’t believe how much having an all terrain scooter has changed my life. I can get to the local shops, including a post office and cafe. I can also go to the local Morrisons and do a personal shop. I can also get to visit one of my daughters. In all these journeys over diabolical footpaths and roads I feel completely safe and in control

The Quingo scooter I purchased is excellent and fulfils all my needs and requirements. It is easy to operate and is a quality product. The engineer who delivered the scooter explained all the functions and did not leave until I was satisfied that I could operate the scooter safely.

Bought the vitesse mobility scooter.
Comfortable to ride. Great battery life, and has good speed when need.
Glad I bought it.
Reliable.

I had already had a Quingo scooter so this one was an upgrade. Always been happy with the service I have received.

I like the Quingo it runs very well. It is a little heavier than I first thought but I can now manoeuvre it into the shed better.

Never been right since I bought quingo ultra paid lot of money serviced still not right fell off and bruised my leg had to be helped up I want it to be taken back and to get a refund it squeaky and makes a noise when I use it doesn't go straight dropped curbs awful when I try to cross the road safely this is a waste of money please everyone be careful

I want to update everyone on my previous review. I was charged for full service, found nothing was done, I was conned, not even a apology, the next one on telling me this found I had a crack in the cover so nievely paid £300 to have it replaced. It still didn’t work. After my review they said it would be picked up and taken to be repaired at the depot. The man who picked it up was so apologetic about how I was treated , and I found out he didn’t even come from Quingo, he came from Forever active, stadium way, Cradock road, Luton Bedfordshire LU4 OJF, THE REVIEWS FROM EMPLOYEES are bad, so google them. After he went I found he had written shifted trans axle and cracked rear frame. To get all the repairs found my scooter I would have had to be in a terrible collision which with my disability would have been fatal. 4 different engineers have quoted different faults, surely the first one would have written it off. Be careful.
