Quingo Scooters Anmeldelser

The whole experience

Excellent service from everyone at Quingo Scooters. I am so pleased I chose my scooter from them. As it was my first time buying an electric scooter and watching them on YouTube I decided to go for a Quingo plus. Thrilled to bits with it just what I needed to go into the village.
Thank you ever so much Quingo your the best.

The staff were excellent, couldn't do enough. When explaining about my new scooter they were brilliant kind, and didn't mind going through it all again.

Everyone so kind and explained everything aftershaves good

HIGHLY EXPERIENCED SALES TEAM, LET YOU KNOW EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW, ON PURCHISING YOUR SCOOTER, WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMNED TO ALL

Good service, knowledgeable demonstrators, opportunity to test drive. Appointments on time.

Bringing scooter to my home to try in the comfort of my own area/roads/pavements I was able to concentrate on how the scooter performed on the different surfaces. I was really happy that my legs were not cramped with plenty of space between my body and the tiller. Would definitely recommend to others

Very good help when needed and was give good service

Very helpful and informative staff, from initial telephone discussion to the purchase of Quingo plus. Nothing is too much trouble and the delivery of the scooter was on time and the chap made sure I was happy with everything.

It was good talk me show me l had a rider it was very good did feel the floor, sit was good so l am happy

Good machine use it everyday, although the ride is little harsh for my poor old back, battery lasts well and the local hills are easily climbed and it looks smart

Very obliging engineer. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Deserves a pay rise!!
Arrived on time.

5 star service all round.

They were all very helpful.

My initial telephone conversation was informative, and helpful, with no high-pressure salesmanship. After several conversations, I requested a home demonstration.
The demonstrator showed how the ultra 2 could be disassembled and reassembled. Sadly, the heaviest part was too heavy for me to lift in or out of my car boot - but, if you don't have a weak back, it should be manageable.
I was then given an accompanied test drive, with the demonstrator giving advice. All 5 scooters were available for a test drive. I had a go on the Vitess but decided to stick with the Ultra 2. When the scooter was delivered, it was adjusted to suit me, and I had another accompanied practice drive to ensure that I was entirely happy.

The Ultra 2 is brilliant. Because I have a muscle disease and also have spinal problems, I was often uncomfortable when driving my previous scooter. The Ultra 2 allows for better posture and I am much more comfortable. The backrest also gives good lumbar support. The 5-wheel system is amazing - giving me stability while out and about, and manoeuvrability around supermarkets etc.

Other things which I like are: wrap-around handlebars, running lights, phone carrier and usb charger, intelligent battery charger, comprehensive handbook and service manual.

I am very pleased with it!

I did a lot of research prior to making my purchase and what attracted me to Quingo was the longevity of the Company which suggested a very strong product, their unique copywrite and the sense that it was still retaining its family values. Also the Quingo Ultra completely met my criteria for purchasing a scooter ie stability, manoeuvrability and ease of taking it apart.

From the sales staff to the delivery man was helpful and honest plus the after sales staff kept in contact to check that all was good with my chair.

Very happy with my scooter , running well. Bought the mirrors but had to return them as they were unstable , shook loose with every bump.

The chap that came out was very knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. Customer care is excellent
