The quinetic product is great, i have tried similar products that have not been so reliable. I would now pnly use Quinetic products for this tupe of technology. The flexibility and simplicity of the product is amazing and i dont think there is anything you couldnt do with them in a normal household situation.

Owning a Victorian house with a landing light that only had a switch on the landing was irritating. I was delighted to find Quinetic switches and bought an in line controller switch and two pairing switches. Swapped the existing switch, paired the other switches. Now have a downstairs switch and a further switch along the landing. No plaster or floorboard disturbance to run cables. These switches are incredible.

The system as a whole is great, especially the mini grid switches to blend in with existing hardwired switches.

However, the plug in receiver sockets do have an annoying flaw - all of them, to varying degrees, make a very high frequency whine when on. This most obvious to younger people who still have intact high frequency hearing and it's very annoying.

I'm not very clued up about tech within electrical installations. But, Quinetic gave me advice on which of their products to use and it worked. It worked first time, set up was easy, response times are instantaneous and I'm very happy with the results.

TLC (the distributors) and Quinetic have been very helpful and supportive in the setup which was quite challenging (for me at least )
Always available at the end of a phone line and email.
Unlike so many companies these days who hide behind a firewall of ‘customer service’ they have been there for me.

As an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor for a large office site with over ten thousand light fittings, I wanted to share my positive experience with your product.

The flexibility of assembling the Quinetic units into Wiska boxes with plug-in and socket-out connections which we use, has proven immensely useful. This design significantly simplifies adjustments during frequent office moves and refurbishments, making the system exceptionally adaptable to our needs. I've found them to be an invaluable asset.

Furthermore, I've also utilized your products, particularly the Wi-Fi systems, in domestic projects for friends and family with great success. It's a very good product and a true game-changer in terms of ease of installation and functionality.

I had a small Quinetic installation already installed by my electrician and I am very happy with the simplicity of how the products work, and with the flexibility of app access too when away from home. I wanted to expand my outside lights and wasn't sure what specific products I would need. I contacted Quinetic and had some very clear guidance and help, and have been able to order the exact products I need now. Excellent support.

Have made several calls to technical support over the past month or so regarding the best device from their extensive range to suit my differing lighting projects. The advice has always been most helpful and more importantly clearly explained as to why they recommend one device over the other.
What more can you ask of a technical support team.

I experienced issues with my Quinetic set-up and called tech support. Tiberius could not have been more helpful. He suggested a fix and said if this didn't work to call back. The fix cleared one problem and introduced another which was strange so I called back. He suggested possibly too many devices on the wifi. I reduced the number of devices and reset the router and bingo all worked fine. Key take away is that problem may not always be where you expect and having good product support is key. Second take-out, nothing wrong with Quinetics devices. I have been very impressed with the quality and ease of set up of Quentics and associated wifi.

Had a Quinetic swith installed in garden cabin, works brilliantly from my wifes phone but couldnt work out how to share on my phone, Tibeiu replied to my email with full instructions on how to do this, easy in the end, now works fine, great customer service and great phoduct

I took a big risk and I rewired my entire home with Quinnetic switches 18 months ago. As a self confessed nerd, I love the fact these switches not only provided an ideal solution for manually turning lights on and off, but also because they use Tuya, they can also be controlled via Smart Home setups. I have a smart home in many senses of the word, with Home Assistant setup etc. I've even managed to get Tuya working locally, so these switches mean I don't even have to worry about Internet downtime. The lighting in my entire home is automated, and that is thanks to Quinnetic. In 18 months of use we've had not a single failure or problem. Everything has worked almost flawlessly. The switches are quality, and we know now we made a fantastic choice. We might be on the extreme end of applications, but trust me, these switches are awesome.

I have used Quinetic products for some years and I must say that I have never been let down. I have stuck with the wireless recievers and recently introduced the Gateway which has allowed me to manage receivers and set up scenes etc to meet my need. The trickle of new items coming through is very encouraging. I have not gone with the wifi versions of receivers etc - mainly of my perceived use and additional cost aspects. This is likely change in the future. From a technical support I must say for me it is how it should be - prompt - empathetic - knowledgable - I have yet to come with out a satisfactory solution. In terms of products - I find the build quality to be excellent and reliability for me about as 110%. Using this technology is a step away from tradition so it needs careful consideration. However the flexibility it brings for me is without question and allows so much on going change that would not normally be easy to do - I would definitely recommend the products - but before embarking invest in some time to appreciate what it means and Brings - Versus traditional ways. Hope this is useful.

The technical support was brilliant. After hitting a problem with pairing the devices to a new WiFi network, they were able to help me out immediately. Very pleased to have called them.

I had a query on finding a solution for dimming on a project where new cabling was not an option. I was provided with a great solution and the required data sheets for all equipment. We will be adding Qunetic products to our future projects
