Slow shipping and no updates
I expect I will like my order, Quilters Dream Cotton Roll, IF I ever get it. Since it's dropped shipped, you may not have much control, but I have gotten much faster service in the past. I have gotten no updates from you, all I see is "awaiting shipment" almost 25 days since order was placed. Unimpressed.

Service good
They contacted me to verify my address and gave me an estimate of when to expect delivery. I received the roll on that date, but the black batts were on backorder, so have not received yet. Price is a little high.

It is two weeks past our order date
It is two weeks past our order date. Having heard nothing, we emailed and called a couple of days ago…now to have word that (maybe..?) the batting will appear tomorrow….. We’ll see. If it arrives, yay.

Delayed shipping
The batting arrived in good condition and was exactly what I ordered; however, the length of time from when I ordered the batting (April 2nd) to the date it shipped (April 15th) seem a bit long.

Terribly high priced
Terribly high priced. It was shipped from Marshall’s Dry Goods. Had I ordered from there it would have been about $150 with postage. I really thought this was MDG….it came up under their search bar.
