Disgusting seller and customer service i never seen this kind of online seller he is cheating with customers. 1st of April order a infrared stove first he deduct the money from my account and than start making the excuses that this stove is out of stock and than he sent me different induction stove and offer 10% partial refund he is a big cheater i highly don't recommend this seller please don't buy anything from this seller.

Communication was great. Even though my product was out of stock I was offered the options of refund or wait for new delivery. I waited as I really wanted the product and waited approx 2 weeks.

Ordered a laminator, its been 3 weeks with no response or sign of a 3 refund. They are a scam. Stay away

Incorrect product sent & no response to mail requesting that order is fulfilled correctly

Very poor service. I ordered a sofa on 22nd February 2026 that was advertised as in stock, but a few days later I was told it was not available. I was offered several alternatives that I could not accept, and my repeated requests for a refund were ignored.

After weeks of back and forth, my money was finally refunded by Quildinc on 13th March. The communication throughout the process was very poor, and the entire experience was unnecessarily stressful.

In the end, I purchased the sofa I originally wanted directly from Swyft. Although it was slightly more expensive, the customer service and overall experience were excellent. I would not recommend buying from Quildinc. I have reported them to Trading standards.

I never received the product and I’m not even sure they actually had it in stock, as they offered to send me something different instead. I was told a story about delivery issues and that something had happened, meaning I would never receive the original item.
I’m now waiting for a refund. It was meant to be a present, and the whole experience has sadly been a complete waste of time and money.

I have left 2 emails asking g for a return label as stated writhing 30 days I haven't had a response at all 10 days have now gone by no one has got back to me you have no phone number can only contact you by email which is proving useless please can somebody acknowledge my emails

Didn't have original order in stock but alternative offered. Very happy with this. Communication clear and dispatch prompt

Goods ordered 24th Nov paid for. Incorrect item arrived and duly returned with their delivery labels provided by Quildinc. Photographic evidence supplied by parcel force and still waiting for a refund. Not a good service and not good enough. I would not recommend using this company.

A THOROUGHLY DIFFICULT UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE GETTING A REFUND.
THEY ADVERTISE ITEMS THAT ARE NOT IN STOCK, AND SEND OUT UNWANTED SUBSTITUTES , AND NOT TELLING THE CUSTOMER PRIOR TO DISPATCH.

SCAM!!! HUGE RED FLAG!!! I was looking for a very specific bar stool and after hours of research found this website with allegedly 19 stools available! I was delighted, made order, received email from a gmail.com account (RED FLAG) saying item wasn’t available and tried to offer alternative. I said no I wanted a refund and they constantly ignored me!! Furious! Company is dissolved on companies house! Luckily got money back after claiming section 75 through bank!! AVOID!!!!

Unhelpful with a request for a refund. They keep trying to make me keep the item and do not respond to requests for a return.
Countless emails, delayed responses and still no return organised.

Item received was not what I ordered; it was either incorrectly described on the website or I was sent the wrong item. A 52 peg sock dryer didn’t arrive, a 36 peg dryer did. Hopeless! 3 stars given for a good delivery service by Yodel.

Ordered cabinet handles. Sent me a email, saying that they couldn’t get this perticalar item. They said to me that they were sending an alternative style. So retro to modern. I have asked for a refund.Don’t use them.In the hands of my bank.6 weeks of aggro.

Terrible business with really poor communication. They ignore emails and requests to cancel orders. Then threaten to delay potential returns as a tool to get their own back against the customer. Wished I had seen the other reviews before I placed my order! Avoid at all costs!!

I bought a chair and after I was told, it was not in stock. My money was not refunded. I had to buy another that was totally disappointed with the one I bought firstly.
