Have been buying quicksilver brand for a number of years now. Always great quality and on point with design.
Only slight disappointment is sometimes part of order is cancelled due to lack of stock. Suggest maybe a note on website that stock levels are low would be useful
False items listed in stock !
ordered 2 items that were in stock - 1 got delivered and the other item said it was out for delivery but then ended up out of stock - customer service just fobbed me off and said order whats in stock - complete waste of time and needed this order as i was going away. Would NOT recommend
I have used their customer service…
I have used their customer service messenger (which is there only way of customer care comtact) 6 times in the last 3 weeks, I’ve emailed, I’ve messaged via X, Facebook and Instagram. And I have had NO replies what so ever. Customer service is awful, and I’ve been a customer for 20 years! So dissapointed. No way of reaching anyone in customer services

I was very disappointed with my order…
I was very disappointed with my order experience. Firstly, my order was split into two deliveries, which created unnecessary packaging waste and increased the carbon footprint. One of the items—a hat—was also far too small for a 13-year-old child. It barely sat on the top of his head and didn’t even cover the ears, making it only suitable for a baby or toddler.
To make matters worse, the item was held for two weeks, which is far too long. It seems there was no stock available, and if that’s the case, items should be marked as “out of stock” until they can be delivered. Customer service throughout this process was poor, providing little guidance or support.
Overall, I feel the company needs to manage stock levels, product descriptions, and deliveries more efficiently to avoid unnecessary waste, delays, and frustration for customers.
They lie about delivery times
They lie about delivery times, the product page says it will be delivered on one date then it doesn’t actually even ship till 5 or 6 days after that date. They hide behind small print saying dispatch may happen in 5-7 days or stuff about different European and uk warehouses but at the end of the day the initial information on the product page is just lies.
I received the wrong item in the Medium…
I received the wrong item in the Medium size. I would like to order again but the discount offered on that first purchase is not available for a second purchase but it is not my fault it was the wrong item.

Only half of order recieved due to stock not being upto date
Selected my items and paid for them but got an email days later saying I've refunded for half of it. Bit disappointed stock wasn't upto date online as I could have chosen an alternative. The products I did recieve, I was happy with but some of it was a last minute gift so had to find something else

Trying to return my order
Trying to return my order. Quiksilver sent an Evri code label that requires printing. I have no access to a printer. My Evri drop off only accepts QR codes. I have requested a QR code numerous times. Initial response was a bot of no help at all. Subsequent requests to see if a QR code could be provided. No reply. Quiksilver needs to sort out its customer service.
Disappointed with customer service
I love Quicksilver, I have plenty of clothes, bags etc with them, but this Christmas time I bought a beautiful blue bag for my girlfriend, I paid express delivery to arrive on time because I know they take long to delivered my purchase before, so the bag came with another colour, the blue was completely different, so when I check properly the sent to me another bag. I contacted them straight away, I was disappointed because it was a gift, after one month I have no idea when they will contact me back. What I can do? Wait... I think I will keep buy wiry Rip Curl at least they have better customer service.

I have always enjoyed wearing Quiksilver products. Quality and Style and great offers.
Product is good, lacks quality, delivery took way too long.
Product is good and what I asked for. Quality definitely needs improvement for the price. Delivery is the reason I can’t add another star. The bag took way too long to come and I needed it for a holiday. I ordered way before the expected delivery date and didn’t receive it in time.
