The "30 day money back guarantee" is completely false, considering you have to pay a significant amount to send the plugs to Finland, even though they don't come from Finland. Unless you know these are going to work for you (and I don't think they do), DO NOT buy them!

Je voulais vous dire merci pour ces écouteurs qui ont considérablement amélioré la qualité de mes nuits. Bien que j'entende parfois encore des bruits ambiants, ils sont nettement atténués, ce qui me permet de me rendormir plus facilement sans frustration. Why does it drop ship cost $20 in the US?

Update in response to QuietOn response. I was not offered free shipping for multiple purchases when I made inquiry. I WAS offered a $10 discount that was not honored when I ordered. I paid $40 for one set of buds, $20 for the buds, $20 for shipping.

I’m writing this review at 2am with the Quieton earplugs in… because my husband’s snoring is keeping me awake. There is some noise canceling, but it’s mostly useless against the snoring. Save your money.

cost too much for no reason, expected more. very disappointed. My husband’s snoring still wakes me up. not much better than a 5 cent earplug.

Received these for a Xmas present - did not work well and hurt my ears so returned them immediately (at considerable cost to myself). I received an email on February 7th to say a refund had been issued and yet I am still waiting!!

I have worn the earbuds for a week or so and it took some tweaking to get them just right to block sound. Mainly, I had to try different sized tips to get a good fit. And my ear canals must be a little unusual because the earbuds don’t work as well when I have them in the recommended position. One thing that helped was to use a video of a guy doing some very loud snoring. Once I got the correct tips and the optimal position, I could barely hear the noise, especially when I held my phone at arm’s length. Last night, I finally slept in our bed and never heard my wonderful wife’s snores. To be able to sleep in bed again and not have her feel badly for my having to sleep in another room is worth what they cost. I’m also a side sleeper and never notice them in my ears.

April 4, 2024: I got a little frustrated because I could still hear my wife’s snoring but at a reduced level. But only when I had trouble sleeping. Kind of like a clock ticking when you’re trying to sleep and can’t. So I decided to get a box fan to help cover the rest of the noise. My first surprise was how much the earbuds reduced the sound of the fan! It went from airplane propeller noise to noise that was less than the lowest setting on the fan. Last night was the first night I tried it and slept all night. Either she didn’t snore or the fan idea works. Time will tell. I still think the earbuds are worth the cost-if only for the ability to stay in the same bedroom😁.

God info om at produktet var forsinket. God introduktion til hvad man kan forvente af produktet og hvordan man anvender det. Det virker virkelig godt for mig. Min mands snorken vækker mig ikke længere. Jeg sover igennem hele natten. Jeg brugte lige et par dage på at vænne mig til at have quieton i ørerne. Nu vil jeg ikke undvære dem. Et godt produkt, God kvalitet og god opfølgning via mail. Mulighed for at returnere ila 60 dage, hvis ikke man er tilfreds. Mine klare anbefalinger til personer der har en roommate der snorker.

Do una stella perché di meno non è possibile darne. Se potessi darei zero. Prezzo altissimo, 259 euro per avere degli auricolari inutili. Cercavo qualcosa che bloccasse il rumore del russare di mio marito ma questi proprio non vanno. Sul sito poi viene scritto soddisfatti o rimborsati entro 60 giorni. Peccato che non rispondano MAI alle mail (oltretutto le spese di reso sono a vostro carico). Non compratele, sono soldi buttati e comunque non vi rimborsano nemmeno sotto tortura

A note to anyone wishing to buy these. I just purposely let the battery run out on both buds and placed them into my ears. Absolutely no difference at all to when they are fully charged. I am absolutely 100% certain that any sort of tech on these is that they amplify the surrounding sound into your ears as you take them out of the case for 15 seconds and then that amplification cuts out. You're led to believe that this is ANC kicking in. Any sort of noise reduction is from foam eartips being inside your ear canals. Do not waste your money especially if you want to deal with "one message per day" from the customer service Web chat with regard to your guaranteed issues.

Excellent product. Impressive noise cancelling efficiency, durable battery, comfortable design for side sleepers like me. The service is also excellent. It may take some to get used to it while sleeping. A soft pillow or a pillow with a hole may be helpful in order to avoid ear irritation.

I tried every combination of sizes and this still performed worse than foam earbuds. When I wanted to return, I was told that I would have to pay for shipping to Finland, despite this coming from a US distribution center. Nowhere in the FAQs do they mention the pretty significant caveat to their 60-day money back guarantee that you will have to pay 25%-50% of the product price in return postage. Total scam.

I'm mystified by some of the bad reviews, but I guess people are different! I've had the first decent week of sleep I've had in years, thanks to Quieton. I wasn't sure why I was waking up six or eight times a night, and my sleep efficiency was so poor, but having tried these, it seems it was noise that was waking me up. If this carries on this will absolutely change my life. I'm even thinking of getting a backup pair.

It takes a few seconds for the noise cancelling to kick in, and it's like magic. Silence. My noises were: solar panels rattling, rubbish lorries, car doors slamming, people shouting on the street. I haven't tested with a snorer.

They don't play any music, and they don't connect to your phone. They just play silence.

I'm a side sleeper and I've worn them for five days or so, without any discomfort. They have not fallen out once. One of them needed a slight wiggle in the night one time.

I didn't order direct from Quieton because the returns process sounded like a nightmare (thanks to the reviewers who noted this) but they are available elsewhere with a better return setup.

If you're noise sensitive and suffering, I'd really give these a try although they are pricey. They've been more than worth the money to me.

The QuietOn 3.1 Sleep Buds do offer some amount of noise cancelling, however I did not find they helped decrease snoring sounds enough to warrant the cost of the product. Also, when I tried to return them, the cost of shipping from the US to Finland was more than half the original purchase price est. $150. Not worth it.

Website order, posted to me and received on time. Emails received explaining best way to use and a follow-up in case I had any issues offering a one-to-one video call to resolve. Excellent service

The product itself is excellent in my opinion. Bought to mitigate an anxiety trigger (noise from the flat upstairs) and does exactly what it says on the tin

Zugegeben: Die Überweisung schien auch schon angewiesen bevor ich auf trustpilot etwas geschrieben habe.
Trotzdem hat es über 2 Monate gedauert und die schnelle Reaktionszeit auf Trustpilol wegen schlechter Nachrichten würde ich mit auch in der direkten Kundenbetreuung wünschen.

Immerhin scheint es die Firma zu geben.
Besser wäre es aber, sie würden sich um die Kunden und ihre Anliegen kümmern und nicht um das "Säubern von schlechten Bewertungen im Netz"

I was extremely reluctant to pay this much money for a pair of ear plugs, but even with newly fitted acoustic windows in my bedroom I could still hear the traffic on the main road at night/early morning, so as a last resort I ordered a pair. I knew I could return them during the trial period if they didn’t work. I must say that they’re working well for me; I’m so relieved as the cynic in me expected to have to return them!
So, they don’t entirely block out the noise from large buses that pass my house, but they do drastically drown out the sound, as well as my husband’s snoring. I’d say that with the earplugs in, I can hear the noise at 10% instead of 100%. I have finally managed to get a decent night’s sleep. I feel, mentally, so much happier.
I find them easy to use. The manual that came with them is easy to follow (even for a technophobe like me). Personally, it was worth the money (and the additional Customs that I had to pay to get them delivered by Royal Mail).
The investment was worthwhile in my case. I wish I’d known about them before paying for acoustic windows.

I am thoroughly impressed with QuietOn! I’ve spent so much money on earplugs over the years that are uncomfortable and hurt my ears to sleep in. I was skeptical that QuietOn could be worn while sleeping on my side. I have to say they are comfortable and I don’t hear my snoring husband! I’m surprised that others say it doesn’t block out snoring because my guy is loud! It’s incredible to get these in your ears quickly and hear the noise canceling turn on. Thanks QuietOn!

This is the second pair of expensive earplugs that I have tried. The first created pink noise, which while very helpful in blocking out the snoring of my husband, but were uncomfortable for side sleeping and I didn't like listening to the noise. THESE earplugs are pretty darn comfortable, and especially good for side sleeping. It was helpful to watch the video and go through the set up to have an example of HOW they work. They do not block out all sound, but they reduce the intensity of the snoring as well as cut out most other small night noises (I am a super light sleeper). I found when I switched the foam from small to medium they worked the best. The only wish I had was that I could connect them to my phone to play some sort of music or guided meditation for those nights when I wake up and can't go back to sleep. THANKS for creating these!!

My partner ordered these for me as he snores. QuietOn 3.1, however, does not work. I've tried everything suggested on the website, but still, the product doesn't work. The return process is not ideal either - I filled out the return form and am still waiting to hear back on how/where I should return this. We really want our money back.
