Ear buds did not work
Ear buds did not work. I sent them back for a refund. The received the earbuds and would issue a refund within two weeks. Today 6-3-2024 I just received this email.
"We regret to inform you that QuietOn has declared insolvency, and as a result has ceased its operations.”

I can't understand how people can rate this company and product 5 starts, other than they are paid users. Their products is of super bad quality and technology, excessively overpriced, and their customer service is a joke. I sent mine back and requested a refund, and their reply was basically this: "...sorry, our company declared bankruptcy and we can't help you. Go f*** yourself..." LOL

Red alert! Do not buy! if you decide to return the product, once you send you package back they tells you they ceased the result from operation they could not refund, find you own solution with your bank!

Ear buds worked perfectly fine, but broke after 6 months. Customer service asked me to send them back to them. It cost me 45 euro to send them and 1.5 weeks later they told me they could not fix them because they are backrupt....Could they not have told me before paying the extra money to send them????
This is just not ethical!

It is my opinion that they sell defective products knowingly. (There is 100 other customer complaints just like mine in the internet). Order was placed on April 16. I received my Q3 ear buds (was looking for a replaced for my nose sleep buds that died) and immediately tried them out following the simple directions. The buds made a clicking sound then went to silence. There was no noise change. It was just nothing. No sound. No change in sound. Customer service claimed that’s how they are supposed to work. (Huh? They are supposed to do nothing?)
The customer service is terrible. Takes many days to get a response and when you do the emails provide no guidance. They just told me I’m using the device incorrectly. I tested it out so many times in a noisy environment. Still nothing.
Anyway I decided to return the defective product less than 2 weeks after receiving it. I sent it all the way back to Finland. Took a while to get there. Once it was delivered there I emailed customer service and told them that I would like my refund now since the product has been returned. They said they need 2 weeks to ensure that I’m eligible for my refund (even though I returned the product within the 60 day return window) At this point it was well over a month that they retained my $289 for a defective product that I returned. Still waiting for my refund. If not received by next week I will file a fraud complaint with my bank and send in a claim to get my $289 back.
Check out the reviews on this products d company. Everyone says the same! It’s a scam. They sell broken products and make the return process hell.
Quieton, if your company and product is not a scam, then please fix your product and your business practices! You see all the terrible reviews yet nothing changes.

I placed an order on 5/16/24 and received the confirmation on 5/17/24. I’ve been waiting for the shipping notice since. It is 5/28/24 and I haven’t got any response from their customer service. If you are living in USA, my suggestion is not to buy this brand regardless of what the advertisement says! I’m going to contact my bank and see if I can get my money back. It is $298 product by the way.

Much appreciated relief
I ordered QuiteOn earbuds in order to experience silence in my house as I work at home and my work requires concentration. I ordered them on February 29th and they were shipped to me on March 1st. And their customer service was helpful timely when I had to contact them in my reception of the packet from the customs and supplied me with the necessary info on time.
I have been using them for more than two months now. I am delighted to have them. They are easy to put on. You can hear the sealing of the ANC system working, and then there is a silence in which one can work, or sleep, or read comfortably. Many sounds are cancelled and some are softened, smoothend in that they become not bothering. They are certainly better then foam earbuds and more comfortable.
From 1 to 5-Stars. The learnings of a Start-up
I have ordered the device on April 8 and i have not received the goods until today. Thats in fact a 1-Star entry.
I have contacted the company and learned, that they suffer from logistic problems, that are out of their control.
Customer experience is important. Quiet-On did not meet expectations at all. So why a 5Star?
The head of Customer relations and!! the ceo contacted me via mail and explained, how they try to solve logistic problems. I was positively surprised and i have learned, that QuietOn is going the exra mile, to solve the problem.
I have today received the shipping details (after more than one month) and will receive the shipment in the coming days.
Again, this is not a great customer experience and many clients may be concerned. BUT the company is still a start-up, they fight with many hurdles (i was heading a start-up myself) and they really take creative actions to face the issues and go the extra mile.
I hope QuietOn can solve all other issues as well in near future and i wish then success in leaving Start-up level soon.
Terrible customer service
I ordered product on May 2, 2024. Website promised order would be processed in 1-3 days. It’s been 8 days and still no notice on shipment. I’ve sent two emails and got a response that Finland had a holiday on May 8 and they would reply the next day. It’s May 10, and still no confirmation. Very poor customer service. I’m considering contacting my bank tomorrow to dispute charge.

When I reach out to ask about delivery, getting the same automated response that it will be next week due to a backlog. This is beyond annoying and unacceptable. I cannot get a decent accurate response. Will never order from these again. Awful service.

Finally some quality sleep!
Thanks to QuietOn 3.1, I am enjoying some much needed sleep thanks to its soundproofing.
Properly inserting the earbuds in your ears takes some time to learn, but once you get the hang of it, it will stop many sounds from disturbing your sleep, such as trafic noise.
Keep in mind, it doesn't -negate- sound since you will still hear something, but it will smooth it enough to not bother you.

Tulpissa on reikä keskellä, joka sulkeutuu 20 sekunnin kuluttua. Siinä kaikki toiminnot. Ei minkäänlaista vastamelua (esim. kohinaa), joka voisi peittää alleen esim. kuorsauksen äänen. Yhdellä sanalla kelvoton.

Nothing shipped after 4 Weeks
**update - 10th May still nothing shipped - ordered 15th April (4 weeks). The few emails they bothered to send just say theres a delay and we will send them this week etc etc. Now I'm trying to get a refund. Avoid this company at all costs. Customer service seems to spend time making excuses on review sites and not actually filling orders. Just don't go near them**
Expensive product at over €200. I ordered 3 weeks ago now and received nothing. Found out today that it hasn't even shipped yet. I had to send three emails before they bothered responding with an automated email telling me it'll be another week before they are shipped due to "backlog".
I emailed during business hours, I'm within the EU. First email was never responded to, second took 2 days to get a response. Starting to seem like a scam. I would not go near this company if I had seen the other reviews here as it seems to be a recurring theme. No offer of discount / refund / expedited shipping, nothing. No concept of customer service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
I have bought a pair and it didn't work for me, my husband's snorring I was trying not to hear, was still there.
So I have returned the parcel on 15th of March. The customer service was there at the begining to send me links on how to make the earbuds work better and to finally have the tracking number from me, but after that pause. The parcel stood in customs very long, I've chased them to go and collect it, and I am still trying to get hold of them for my refund.
I am very dissapointed. The buds are not cheap, and I didn't expect they would be so unprofessional.
I am sorry now I haven't read all these reviews before.
I still hope I get my money back.

Sadly, I can't recommend these earbuds nor quieton as a company. Firstly, they claim on their website that they ship worldwide, and while this is technically true, in reality if you live outside the EU then you have to pay a hefty customs fee (which isn't mentioned on their website). The earbuds did work ok for about two months and then stopped working. Upon asking for support, I was asked to send the earbuds back for them to inspect, but this will obviously incur yet another customs fee, and then even if they do issue a fix or a replacement, it's yet another fee, and it's really adding up now, and these earbuds weren't cheap to begin with. It's a shame because I find active noise cancelling more effective than passive, and the design of the earbuds is marginally more comfortable than standard earbuds, but in this case I just can't recommend quieton for the reasons stated above.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
While these earbuds might work well for some, they did not for me. I have been attempting to return them for more than a week and cannot get the company to respond with the information needed to do so.
There is a guaranteed return and I am well within that time frame. Rather than just give me the needed information, they keep replying with instructions on how to use the earbuds and implying that I’m not using them correctly.
I’m afraid of not getting my refund so I am now disputing with my credit card company.
The ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
