Took too long
Goods look to be fine (no punn intended), agreed to my order taking 4 weeks but ended up being over 8.

Orders take to long to arrive with no updates or communication
Orders were placed 8 weeks ago and still haven't been dispatched. There was absolutely no communication at all until I raised my concerns.

Shipping issues with no help from Quick lens
I purchased contact lenses however they shipped 2 different ways. Send them 2 different boxes. I received one of them first but there wasn’t what I needed and the other one received one month later.
One of box which received late one was no tracking number so I need to call NZ post.
Every time I call them of course different people so I need to explain many times.
I have emailed Quick lens but no help at all.
I spent a lot of money for this and I was really worried that I would not receive.
It’s good to buy on internet but made me wonder I should keep buy from them.
I wish you care your customers not just receive money and don’t care shipping.

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with our service. We are changing the delivery service at the moment and your order was delivered in 2 separate parcels by 2 different companies. Hopefully, your next order will be only delivered by a new shipping company.
