After nearly 3 months of navigating the wild west of car dealerships, I finally found my car! 🚗❤️

I initially dealt with Lawrence, who was lovely and proactive, before Kash “inherited” me and guided me through the rest of the journey.

Kash has been absolutely brilliant — never pushy always professional, personable and incredibly dedicated. He consistently went above and beyond, making sure I never felt abandoned when things got difficult. He secured me a better finance rate and helped me avoid what could have been some very tricky situations with an unethical dealer.

The car is everything I wanted, and the dealership has been fantastic throughout. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been helpful and pleasant, but Kash is genuinely an absolute credit to the dealership.

Now the sale is complete, it almost feels like I’m losing a mate! 😂

I visited a dealership in Southampton to repurchase a car i just sold and was approved in minutes after the application was sent to the lender Blue motor finance.

All was well at that time and I left with the car. Three days later I called up Blue finance to get their banking details so I could make additional payments only to be told they cancelled the finance but couldn't give me a reason.

I called back the dealership at that time and was told the Blue had entered into administration and should not of taken the application in the first place but they would try and sort finance elsewhere.

They tried everywhere under the sun to get an approval but I just kept getting declined. Twenty two days later I went to google and found quick car finance. I was greeted by Jack Crutcher who asked for a little history of what had transpired and he got to work, within minutes he approached Millard Finance and worked through all the legal bits so I didnt have too and got me an approval in the end, just when I was making preparations to return the car we saw the light at the end of the rainbow.

I cannot thank Jack enough for going above and beyond for someone he never met before and would not hesitate to recommend both him and quick car finance to anyone who may either be looking for for their fist purchase or a simple upgrade.

Having been told by Ash my finance application was approved , we sort to find a vehicle this we did quickly & we even paid the holding deposit to the dealer , l completed all necessary ID checks , banking instructions , documentation signatures, only to receive a text message at 16.58pm Friday 4th Sep to say that on this occasion the finance company had declined the payment at the pay out stage , and that l should contact the dealer to get my deposit returned . I am still chasing my deposit return . I am certain there are better providers out there that are not going to cost you time and money. Don’t be fooled into thinking you have the finance approval as l was . This was a blatant lie , and this has been reported to the FCA .

Lawrence has been exceptional throughout. I applied late in the evening and by the morning I had a text from Lawrence introducing himself and asking if he could call to discuss my options. I responded to his message and with in minutes he called me. Lawrence was prompt, reassuring and nothing was too much trouble. Lawrence offered advice on where to look at cars and even provided me with some links. The whole process has been quick and dealt with professionaly. We are due to collect our new car this weekend. Thank you Lawrence for making this possible and for being so reassuring throughout.
