Company offers online booking with immediate payment. I booked online and paid with no limo.service. I called to find out where the limo was, they said I didn't have a booking but they charged my credit card. Im still waiting for a refund...having to provide them with their own communication to justify my refund. Don't Use This Service. There are other very great limo services available in Calgary.

Didn't pick us up. No call, and no help or customer support. Had to scramble to get another ride. Almost missed our flight. Terrible!

Great service, friendly driver. Very neat and professional. Affordable for me and you.

Horrible, horrible customer service. Do not book. You're better off with Banff Sedan.

Would not recommend Quest Limos. I booked a black stretch limo; without any notice they sent a different white vehicle. Less than 5 min after we had gotten into the car, the driver pulled into a petrol station to refuel. Several of the glasses in the car appeared dirty. Not what I had expected when making the booking. Wrote this to Quest Limos but did not receive any reply from them. Gratuity is also mandatory when booking. There are better alternatives in Vancouver.

I booked Quest to take my wife and 2 friends to a concert in Calgary.
I found it odd that I had to pay the "gratuity " upfront when I booked the limo.
I explained I thought the tip was supposed to be based on customer service, friendliness and helpfulness of the driver, condition of the vehicle etc. And paid to the driver once the trip was completed.
They said it was common practise to have to pay this upfront and if I wanted to book the service it was non negotiable.

I agreed to the $393.60 for the 2 hour trip.
1 hour to get to the concert and 1 hour back.
The trip there was fine except the driver dropped them at the wrong doors and they had to find their own way to the restaurant.
The concert ran a bit long and they texted the driver that they would be 1/2 hour late getting out of the venue.
He said that they would have to pay an extra hour ($200) for him to wait!!!
My wife declined as she couldn't afford to pay that extra money.

I found out that they were stranded there and waiting for a taxi to bring them home so I called the company.
After a long and painful conversation they made it clear they don't care if they left 3 women standing outside the Saddledome by themselves trying to find a taxi home they only care that we couldn't pay for them to wait.
I explained there is a legal responsibility and a moral responsibility to this issue
They could care less about the moral issues or the safety of their clients.
They were only worried about the money.

So long story short
I paid $393.60 for a 35 min. ride to a concert.

I asked for at least the $68 tip I had to pay to be refunded and they denied any responsibility or any refund.

Sadly this is a company I will never ever use again.
You are expecting to pay for the safe return of your loved ones and then it comes down to leaving them stranded unless you pay an extra $200 for the car to stay an extra 30 min until they can make their way out.That speaks to the morals and values of this company.

There are far more ethical companies to choose from.
Do yourself a favor and choose someone else.

We used Quest Limos for airport transfer. Car was clean and nice. Impressed with the service & professionalism. Booking process was Simple and easy.

We used this service for our friends bachelorette. Chauffeur was very nice and took us for tour . Limos was clean and we loved the lights and colors inside. Would definitely recommend this company and will use myself in future too!

We used Quest for a trip a Banff from Calgary airport. Our driver was at airport with name sign and directed us to car, loaded our luggage and offered us bottled water. The vehicle was clean and in top shape. The price was fair fas well. We will definitely use Quest Limos again if we visit Banff again.

We used Quest Limos on our last trip to Banff. After a 9 hour flight, it was nice to be driven in a BMW 7 series sedan. Our Chauffeur was friendly and courteous.

we used quest limos for our trip to Canadian rockies in one of their suv's. the chauffeur was great assisted us with all of our luggage and skis loading and unloading. showed us around , was very knowledgable and courteous.
the booking process and price was very reasonable only downfall is they don't accept us currency.
