I’m only giving one star because zero isn’t an option.

This company uses deceptive business practices. My first order arrived with several items that were three sizes smaller than what I ordered. They admitted the mistake by email and promised to make it right, but after multiple failed attempts to send the correct sizes, I was forced to request a refund.

Against my better judgment, I gave them another chance. This time, my order never arrived, yet they claimed it had been delivered. Customer service was no help, and I was left without my items or a resolution.

Save yourself the frustration. This company is unreliable, their customer service is poor, and they do not stand behind their products. Do not waste your time or your money.

Dresses are poor quality. Returns to China are at the cost of the buyer.

I wanted to support Queen Shaped. Their origin story — two plus size women building a store where your size always exists — is exactly the kind of brand I want to spend money with. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite of what they promise.

I ordered a dress in 3X. It arrived in a bag with the size sticker cut off. When I tried it on, it was clearly sized for a much smaller body — not a 3X by any measure.

When I contacted them for a refund, I was given a return address in Jinhua, Zhejiang, China — with the condition that I cover international shipping costs and return the item within 30 days of receipt. By the time I received their response, I was two weeks into that window with no realistic way to meet the deadline or absorb the shipping cost. Their resolution: a 15% refund.

For a $0 error on my part — receiving the wrong item entirely — 15% is not a resolution.

I also noticed that when I found them through Instagram, they were advertising a sitewide 70% off sale because they were "moving warehouses." Their site now runs the same 70% off sale, this time framed as a celebration of America's 250th birthday. The discount is permanent. The reason changes.

I genuinely wanted this brand to be what it says it is. But the gap between their story and their practices — the mislabeled product, the inaccessible return process, the rotating justifications for a permanent sale — makes it hard to recommend them to anyone, and especially to the plus size women they say they're building for.

SCAM ALERT!

I will be writing every government agency to report this company. If you want to lose your hard earned money, deal with nearly no customer service, receive clothes that look nothing like what is advertised on their website, track shipment that has the most craziest looking tracking information ever, wait for a month or longer to obtain stinky, wet, small, and fake designs—then you go ahead and order. But I have decided to shut them down. And I will do so. They’ve messed with the right one. I hate dishonesty. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The wait time was almost a month. The quality and fit of clothing was very poor and cheap. The return process is ridiculous. Company is a scam.

They claim they are in the states. THEY ARE NOT. I bought a 2X set. When the clothes finally arrived, the top was too small and the bottoms were way too big. The material was awful. To return, I have to ship to China. No shocker there. And I have to pay. They got my money this time. NEVER AGAIN! Do not order from this company. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

This company is very deceptive in there promoting and displaying of their plus-size merchandise. The quality, sizing, and accuracy are extremely Poor. There is no sizing chart to compare measurements. There are no labels or tags attached to the merchandise. Some items have an odor and moist feel to them. The packaging is not consistent ;different, and merchandise Balled up and stuffed into packages. Merchandise comes from China and is not shipped thru UPS but by GOFO Delivery takes almost 4weeks, when it states on website that they ship with UPS in 3 working days. I will NOT and don't recommend purchasing anything from this company.

This company is a scam. The website appears to have nice dresses. I ordered 2 dresses. They arrived looking NOTHING like the original dresses and they were ill-fitting. When I inquired to see if I could return them the “suppport” team asked for photos and then invited me to return the dress to CHINA(!!!) or to get 15% of my money back. When I pushed back they offered 25%. Their website boasts “easy returns” but this is a lie. I am going to fight them through my credit card company.

I ordered two shirts from Queenshaped. I received one shirt that fit (turned out to be overpriced for the quality) and one shirt that was easily three sizes below what I ordered, though the tag was correct. I could not even try it on, as it was so tiny. I repeatedly asked customer service for a replacement or refund plus a shipping label to return the incorrect shirt to them. Long story short, they repeatedly offered a small, then increasingly larger discount on the wrong shirt, but insisted I pay to ship it back if I didn't want to accept their offer. So now I will pursue a chargeback on my credit card. Overpriced, wrong merchandise and worst customer service ever. Do not trust them to send the correct items. Those that are correct are not worth what is charged. This may be one of those temporary businesses you see on social media that does not concern themselves with ethics.

Do not buy! Wrong item sent. Terrible quality. Impossible to return due to having to ship back to China.

Horrible fabric. Terrible quality. Is nothing like the pictures. I wouldn’t have picked up their clothes even it had been free had I seen it in advance

When I received my dress it didn't fit, they asked for a picture so they could help me Resolve my matter. I sent them the picture however, I don't know how that would resolve a matter of the dress not fitting. In order to return it you have to send it back to China which you don't know if it'll ever get there and it's cost prohibitive to send it there. Stay away from these dresses they don't fit and you can't return them.

I was looking for 100% cotton dresses, I thought I had found them. Each item was approximately $50, on-sale from about $70.
A package came several weeks later, I almost audibly gasped when I saw the products. Very small to no resemblance of the products on their website. 100% polyester. Hideous patterns. I emailed them and they responded saying I needed to send them a video or pictures of the clothing in order for them to review my complaint. They are just sitting in a corner on the floor in their bag in my house. I can hardly believe I fell for this and wasted my hard earned money on this junk.
I will maybe waste time sending them pictures but I am guessing I will be required to send them to China which is not a guarantee the package will get there, or I will be refunded. The cost to ship this junk back to China will be very expensive.
Stay away from this website.

Well I placed an order for a dress that took three weeks to I found out later it was coming from China and when I received the dress it did not fit but once I realized it was coming from china I know why it didn’t fit. Trying to communicate with this company was a nightmare. I found out that if I wanted to return it I would have to mail it back to China at my own expense and and I had read the return instructions before I placed the order. I was so happy to find a plus-size website with stylish and reasonably priced needless to say I am extremely disappointed and for future customers the will not fully refund you because I feel queen shaped knows how expensive it is to send something back to China.

SCAM! Do not buy from this company. Unfortunately, I didn't research the company until after I ordered. This is a dropshipping scam. I did receive my order after several weeks (shipped from China), but it was not what I ordered...just a poorly sewn knockoff out of cheap fabric. To return it, I have to pay the international shipping costs to return to their warehouse, which is more than what I paid for the item.

Terrible quality. Not at all what is advertised!

I got clothes so that’s something. They were not what was advertised at all. Plaid pattern printed on cheap synthetic materials and very small. Also no way to return them

Don't order from this company. It is a scam. The clothes did arrive. They smelled strongly of chemicals -- perhaps formaldehyde. They also were not as high quality as they looked on the website. The site listed the set of pants and blouse as a cotton-linen blend. The tag inside said 100% cotton. The dye significantly faded with washing. If you look at similar companies with bad reviews, their websites look almost the same.
