I was having calibration issues with my Quarq DZero. Caled help desk and spoke with Luke. Luke talked me through a series of test and determined unit needed to be returned to factory.I explained that I was 5 weeks out from my Ironman competition and had to have my PM back right away. He immediately sent me an email with all the info needed for the process. Within a week I had my new PM returned and was back riding with power. Luke was professional and attentive to my needs. I would like to say thank you for a very pleasant experience. You are a great company!

Kyle from Quarq technical support has helped me on several occasions with issues I had with my Quarq Riken power meter. We were able to resolve the problems over the phone in 10-15 minutes. Good to know Quarq’s customer service is top notch!

Only accepts US issued credit cards
While the service is good, the only issue after having many discussions with them and when I am about to pay. They do not accept credit cards that are not US issued. It's the year 2019! and this is still happening in the US.

Ordered a part online
Ordered a part online, took over 10 days till I eventually had to pick the part up myself at a 3rd party UPS point. Quarq customer service wasn’t helpful and blamed issue on UPS. Company doesn’t care once the part is paid for and leaves warehouse.

I'm sorry you experienced frustration during your ordering process. Your tool left us on the same day of your order and the first delivery attempt from UPS was two days after your order was placed. When you spoke with our techs today, we let you know that a new order would be immediately sent to you with free overnight delivery to try and help prevent you from having to pick up your package at the UPS store. We care very much about your experience with us. Please keep the second tool we sent free of charge, just in case you ever find yourself in need of one again.

Thanks Quarq!
After 3 different emails on a crank setup for a specific bike build, I finally chose a bike, a crank, and made the purchase. The support for the full setup on crank based power on a mythical bike I had yet to purchase was great. The support for planning my bike build was great. The purchase process was easy as well and fast delivery.
