Worst service every customer service awful to say the least
Items never turned up neither did the refund, the whole site it definitely a con
Please don’t wast your time or money on these people there just there to take your money and not deliver anything a total fraud someone should close this site down

This is a scam!!!!! Don't order!! You will not get a refund!!! Quality of garment terrible!!!

I ordered long lasting match (the one which says it never fails) and although there were a few issues at the beginning, the customer service team was quick to respond and sent a replacement right away. The build quality of the product is very solid and well made. It is clear that effort went into the design. I am confident they will continue improving it because the idea behind it is great. I really appreciate a company that takes care of its customers and tries to make things right.

I ordered a set of metallic paints, but unfortunately, due to an error by the local courier, the package was delivered to the wrong address. I reached out to Quanolo, and they responded right away with kindness and professionalism. Without hesitation, they sent me a replacement set immediately. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service!

Item arrived with a power lead of 24 inches, not much good for a pair of hair straightners! Ridiculous. Not quite sure how im supposed to use them once plugged in without bending double!!!!Cheap Chinese product at a not so cheap price.

... arrived in a small box ... loads rattling about .... blades... hundreds of tiny tiny nuts ... no instructions .... rubbish ....
Item was supposed to be a red garden wind spinner .... not as portrayed.... poor show

I ordered a curcular weed Strimmer. What arrived was just a replacement head for it. At no time was it specified the ad was just for the replacement head but gave the impression it was for the full device.
It says you can track the order but there is no tracking number, no phone number just
an email address. I haven't received a reply as yet but it it's early days. I wouldn't irder from them again. I wish I had read the reviews first.

I ordered Twirly Tongs, they arrived in damaged open packaging and with no instructions. The plates were crinkle and not flat. I contacted the company numerous times and sometimes they responded saying they would look into it with the relevant dept and sometime they didn’t respond at all. I requested a return and refund in the end and they have just stopped responding all together. So customer satisfaction it definitely is not.

I bought a spade I saw on Pinterest that looked exactly the kind of tool I needed for my patio etc. it is a brilliant tool, it has made my life so much easier. I’m very pleased with it. It arrived within 5 days as stated so I’m a happy customer

BEWARE!!! I bought a rechargeable mini razor - product arrived on time however this miserable little bit of plastic wouldn't have even tickled a feather so pathetic was it!!! The combination of claims being super powerful coupled with a video showing hair being removed is clearly AI generated and completely fabricated!! Totally false advertising as this product could not trim a nasal hair let alone a bristly beard! I would steer clear from incredibly poorly made products that do not do what is advertised !!!

This company should be shut down,absolutely terrible experience shopping with them,I ordered a wind spinner for the garden it arrived in a tiny box,the picture of it on line was nothing like what arrived.
It was cheap and nasty,I put it together it doesn’t even spin.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE DISSATISFIED AND YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

I ordered I cleaning cloth in March. It never arrived. They took the money out of my bank. I’ve sent loads of emails asking for a refund or the goods. Nothing happened. No goods no refund .

Ordered a pinstripe pinafore dress, via Pinterest, advert showed a close up of a lovely linen material, however, what arrived was an awful, cheap polyester imitation! 😱 total scam! Quanolo website offers a 100% no-risk money back guarantee but when you check the t&cs there is no feesible means of returning an item or receiving a refund. They claim satisfaction guaranteed when infact they should state dissatisfaction guaranteed. Can’t believe Pinterest allow this scammer on what I thought was a credible platform 😡

So very disappointing! I bought a dress advertised as linen but recieved an awful cheap polyester thing that looks nothing like what I ordered!!
I just can't understand why people lie like this!! I can only hope they get their comeuppance!

I bought a bed handheld Hoover. On the photographs it looked a nifty piece of kit. It did it was manufactured in Germany. What I got was a cheap, thin plastic piece of crap. Absolute scam.

I ordered the match that never fails and strangely enough it has done nothing but fail, I contacted the and they sent a replacement which does nothing but fail, contacted them for second item they said they would look into it and haven't, it's been three weeks now as the other lady said contacting bank for money back, will say one thing in there favour the body seems well made it's just the rest of it, total rubbish.

My experience is much like all the other people who have had a problem with Quanolo and their products. I sent 4 emails but did not get a response until I wrote "REQUESTING A REFUND FROM MY CARD PROVIDER" That got their attention. I then received 2 emails and the 2nd one was to tell me that their refund colleague was on holiday. I can believe that. The company is so awful they might have a problem employing people. The refund colleague is clearly back as today I received an email from Beth that said my refund had been issued. I wonder if they think that refunding me would mean I don't take it further. If they thought that, they are wrong. I get really annoyed at companies who ride rough shod over their customers and I am retired so I have all day, every day to chase these idiot companies.

Rubbish Rubbish and Rubbish- don’t buy anything . Agree with other reviewers wish I had looked here first ! False advertising.

The dresses I ordered have nothing in common with the dresses in the pictures. I cannot recommend. Absolutely fake advertisement, poor quality of sewing - if you are copying dress from a different source at least try do a better job. Wrong size, wrong measurements on the website. Poor poor quality.

Be aware of the contradictory information on their website:
1) no return address anywhere, nor there is no information how to return items
2) promise of 100% money back guarantee
3) T's and C's about when the return is accepted - on the bottom of the page: "We do not approve refunds for:
- Picking the wrong size (all product sizes are described and clearly stated on the product page)
- Picking the wrong color of the product.
- General refund requests due to how the product looks, feels or other esthetic elements." - as far I am aware that is exactly what a consumer has right to.

I am yet to receive a reply from the customer service/Stamenko...I don't think I will hear from them, email sent to email addresses on their website but not heard back yet. Do not buy from them!!!

Ordered an item never received it, never have I sent so many emails to a company, my experience has been awful, though they says it's down to technical problems with my order it's not what you expect from a company with bold advertising claims, though I should add it has been confirmed today that a refund is on its way. Nevertheless my experience has been a nightmare.
