Quality Patches INC. Anmeldelser

By far the best compay I have worked with thru North America for customer service and finished product , will go no where else

Great work, easy on the service. Your overseas and I get that. Its fine, but you have be better at communicating to customer about packaging confirmation a little bit better. the repeat customer comes for the service, not just he product.

To be fair, the quality of the product, which was an embroidered patch, was very good, but the service and communication was poor. I thought the sales rep and I had a clear understanding of my expectations and I clearly provided him a deadline that I had to have the items and we agreed on that date. In addition, I paid a rush fee to get them by the specified date. Not only did I not get them on time, but had to email and call at least two different times to figure out what was going on. I was told they would "fix" the issue, but I've not seen a credit for the rush fee that I paid. Not happy about that, especially after giving them a second try. I ordered from this site before and they delivered on time, but missed it this time.

I love Quality Patches. They always go above and beyond to ensure I'm happy with my order. The quality is great and the turn around is fast. thank you! its a pleasure doing business with you guys.

El producto fue tal cual eran lo deseado, siempre atentos a las preguntas o dudas que se tenían al respecto.

Excellent quality patches along with a speedy process! Great company to work with!

I had the pleasure of using Quality Patches for my fight trunks sponsorship patches and they came out great. The only problem I had was that I was ensured that all the patches would be delivered in time but they weren’t. but regardless of that they still worked very diligently to get the samples and orders done as promptly as possible. they were also the only online patch business willing to compromise on the pricing of quality.
will definitely be using them again

Great communication and good prices. Big thank you to Kane for staying consistent and blunt with me through this whole process! I’ll definitely be back for more patches. 🙏🏽

Awesome service and quality
Ross is the best
Great to work with

Great sew job. No loose ends. No single string threads to the next letter

The product produced ended up being of poor quality and late. It took over 3 samples to get a decent sample but only half the order ended up looking like the sample I approved and only half of my instructions were followed. I am giving two stars because I was able to get a partial refund.

Great Company from beginning to the end! I had a little issue and it was fixed immediately, all and all I will definitely use the company again for Quality Patches.

It would probably be better if you could speak with someone to explain things instead of a lot of emailing back and forth. Nevertheless, their work is amazing and they also have a fast turn around time. I had personalized logo patches made for a letterman jacket and they did a great job.

The service is good, and they job are professional and detailed, I have many projects I want
They make it

I just received my order for Custom Patches and wanted to leave a review for you guys.

When I first found your site and got a quote, which was over $60 cheaper than any other company, I was a little skeptical but went ahead with the order anyway.
Then I received the "Proof" picture of the patch, was really impressed and gave the go-ahead with the order.

The Patches arrived this afternoon, a full 4 days early, and they are absolutely great. I couldn't ask for better. The whole process with your company has been a joy to work with, even the mess up I made with the payment which you took so much trouble to correct for me. I really do appreciate all your hard work and the way you kept the correspondence going.
I would be more than happy to recommend Quality Patches to anyone who needs Custom Patches which are affordable and great quality.
Thank you again,
Very Best Regards

The patches look fantastic and you guys even managed to get the different shades of the red colour. Wow, we didn't expect that.
We will be back for more patch, that is for sure.
