Quality Support from Caitlin in QMP Customer Support
I cannot thank Qualitymark Protection enough, especially Caitlin from the customer support team, for their incredible efficiency and professionalism. I am currently in the process of selling my property and urgently needed to track down and update my cavity wall insulation guarantee for the buyer's solicitors. After hitting brick walls and getting absolutely no response from the original company that arranged the insulation work, I reached out to Qualitymark Protection in a bit of a panic. Caitlin responded immediately, located my policy in their database, and clearly explained the steps needed to transfer it into my name. The entire process was seamless; within less than 24 hours of providing my details, she had updated the records and emailed over the completed paperwork. When you are dealing with the stress of a property sale, having someone handle your issue with this level of speed and genuine care is rare. Caitlin turned a highly stressful situation into a complete breeze. I highly recommend this company for their outstanding customer service!
