Excellent customer service and turn around times.

An awesome experience overall. Anthony helped me through the process and was available to answer the many questions from my team and tended to our concerns prior to placing our large order. Very helpful and attentive.

I ordered an iridescent bag to use for our event, and my experience was seamless. The representative reached out immediately and walked me through the process. I felt comfortable with our selection. The bag was ordered with our logo. It came out beautiful! I can't wait to give our swag bags away.

I am pleased with the experience. I appreciated Juliana's quick response and top-notch communication from conception to completion. The process was very smooth. Will definitely be ordering again.

It was very easy to get quotes, send in the artwork, and get proofs. Everything came quickly and just the way we wanted!

Update: I thought this was for another order with a different company that I had a negative experience with. Quality Imprint (not 4Imprint as I thought) was absolutely wonderful to work with!! I have only used them once and the service was spot-on with my expectations. I will be using them for future purchases!

The color of the key tags was not what was shown on the proof. The proof showed neon orange, what shipped was a dull orange.

The company rep, Rosie, is so helpful and a joy to work with. The product looks great and it arrived on time. This is the second year we've used QualityImprint for our convention gifts and they've done a great job both times. I highly recommend them!

The best thing was the service. Liz did a great job answering all the questions. I couldn't have received a better and more attentive customer service. Regarding the actual product, I think the quality is ok, the design was as expected, the only thing that I didn't realize is that the specific model is not perfectly tailored to tipicall computers like mine (Macbook air) you get it a little bit to the side, not perfectly centered.

When i first entered the order for the notepads i gave you guys a deadline that i needed it by and if that couldn't be met, i would have to get it elsewhere. I was assured it would be made in time and there was no communication that it wouldn't be ready. The week i needed it by comes, and i had to reach out and ask about where it was. It was a big let down to our customers that were expecting them. Communication was poor as well as delivering on promises. Makes it very hard to use your services again
