The order/transaction didn’t process for more than two weeks, order will have arrived almost a month after being made. Would’ve ordered stuff elsewhere had I known it would take so long.

We looked into your comment and see that your order was placed on our Web site on Saturday the 5th. One of the items you ordered was not in stock and had to be ordered from the manufacturer. Your order shipped on Monday the 14th. That would be a total of 6 business days. If you were promised a quicker delivery time, please let us know and we'll investigate further.
While we appreciate all customer feedback, we are curious why you believe your experience is worthy of a one-star rating. If you would like to comment further we'd be happy to work with you to see if you would re-consider this rating.

New Website
The new website is different, so it'll just take some getting used to. I wasn't aware that the change would be made or that I'd have to get extra help trying to get my account loaded and the pricing right, but the team was helpful in getting everything resolved. My next order should go much smoother.

Purchased a rather expensive soldering station from them -- mis-read the description and ended up with the wrong item. For QSource, this was not a problem. They very promptly gave me an RMA and a refund. They were extremely gracious about my mistake. This type of stupid customer trick usually tests the service side of a business. QSource passed with flying colors.

It was my first time ordering from Q source. I have to tell you it was one of the best experiences I have had in a very long time. I had a lot of questions.
Ibis vera and Dan Olawski answered all of them. Not only did they go above and beyond in answering the questions. They were extremely professional and courteous. This is very hard to find now a days. I can't thank them enough and would highly recommend this company to everyone.
